This rifle features a walnut stock and forend with steel carbine buttplate, 1894 action with saddle ring, serial number 755238, and 20" barrel with full length magazine tube and open sights. Wood is in very good condition overall - has one slight chip on left side of grip near top of tang (see photos). Most of finish is gone from receiver, which is normal for this vintage. Bluing on barrel is very good, and bluing on mag tube remains strong, but with some wear down the sides. Action is tight, and bore is very good. Year of manufacture is 1914.
