No visiable SS# 22 cal. From a mid-west estate sale a Stevens Maynard Jr. tip up action rifle made from 1902 to 1912. The heirs of the estate had no information about this gun but it is in very nice condition for it's age but has possiably been refinished a long time ago. I am not an Stevens expert but it has all matching parts and has not been altered. The action is tight and the bore is good with a few rust spots on the metal (see photos). The front and rear sight appear to be brass. Overall the gun is in great condition with no damage to the wood (no cracks or chips) but there are a few light dings (see photos) and the stock has a slight amout of play with the receiver.
