Tracker factory grips are absorbent enough, but their ribbed contours can make the gun roll in the shooter’s hands. Here is the specific remedy for that sensation: Hogue’s tried and true Monogrip. Manufacturer is Hogue, Inc., of Paso Robles, California. Construction is one piece laminated polymer, hard inside panels inside a pliable rubber exterior. Retention is internal plate that attaches to the grip frame’s butt pins, with steel screw. The revolver’s overall height with these Hogues installed is about the same as the stock ribber grips. These grips are relatively easy to install, and they have stood the test among our hunting and law enforcement clientele now for 30 years.
