Here are factory Springfield Armory magazines for Sub Compact XD series pistols chambered in 9mm, that will accept a double stacked magazine. They will NOT fit an XDM or an XDS. They will fit a standard XD9 with their grip adapter removed. Magazine manufacturer is HS Produkt of Karlovac, Croatia, the same company that manufactures XD Pistols. Importer and Warrantor is Springfield Armory of Geneseo, IL. Grip extender or adapter manufacturer was A&G Supply of Alstead, NH. Magazine construction is stainless steel body with round count ports and smooth milled back, steel spring and inner plate, with high impact polymer cartridge follower and floor plate. Finish is smooth bright stainless. Each magazine holds 16 rounds of 9mm ammunition: 9mm Luger, 9mm Parabellum, 9x19, call it what you will, THE 9mm. A&G Grip extender finish is lightly stippled black polymer that matches the magazine floorplate. The extender is molded to fit the XD9 Sub Compact’s grip frame butt, and includes an integral set screw for stability. Each magazine comes in its original factory package, with added A&G card and instruction manual, and allen wrench. Replacement pricing on this assembly is normally well over $50.
