In very good to excellent condition in my opinion. This one is .308 caliber (7.62x51 NATO). Serial number on receiver, bolt and bottom plate all match. Bottom of the barrel says, "OVIEDO SPAIN M1916 and SAMCO MIA FL 308W". I purchased this gun from it's original owner who bought it back in the 1980's and claims he only shot it once. It has been in the back of his closet ever since. I cleaned it up because the inside of the bolt was still loaded with packing grease. I then shot it with low power practice ammo just to try it out. It works and shoots well. I have several mausers and would rate this as the one in the best condition. The stock has only minor scrathes and dings. The bluing and bore is excellent. There was some very minor pitting on the bolt ball end, but I cleaned and oiled it. Looks Ok but you can still see it if you look close. I will only ship to an FFL upon receipt of copy.
