I believe it's unfired, but no guarantee. I never fired it and the person I bought it from said they never fired it either. Previous owner was also told it was not fired when they got it. It certainly looks like it's never been fired. Internals are pristine. Gas tube and piston look new and appear like they've never seen any gas. A few bumps and blemishes from storage and being transported during a move, but nothing major. A few rub marks here and there from manual action movement. It's been a safe queen for me, but unfortunately it's time to go. Wonderful base gun to build your own .308 AK. Comes with 8 round saiga 308 magazine, 20 round surefire mag and 24 round promag magazine and approx. 320 rounds total(7.62x51mm NATO ball rounds). 200 of those are a sealed battle pack of FN ammo.
