As our old friend Joe Lowe used to say, without a magazine it’s only a single shot. Here is a limited listing for 2 shot replacement factory Marlin blue steel magazines to fit the classic Marlin 55 Bolt Action, most famously the Goose Gun. They also fit the Model 512, and some of the store brand shotguns, but please reference Fjiestad’s Blue Book’s brand crossover reference if you own one of those. Models included are the Cost to Coast model 650, J.C. Penney 6630, Marlin Glenfield 50, Katz F1282 and F1287, the Wards Western Field EMN176, and the Wards Western Field model XNH175, and the Widgeon SA650 shotgun. It will not fit a Mossberg 183, or a J.C. Higgins 583, or the seat springs for a 1962 Schwinn Typhoon Bicycle. It will only fit Marlin models 50, 55, and 512, and their mechanically identical generic variants manufactured by Marlin for other sellers. Capability is for both 2 3/4 inch and 3 inch shells. These little jewels are hard to come by, we even tried with no success to get our local tool and die folk to make us a couple hundred of them. We’re offering the genuine Marlin magazine in the photos or One of its identical mates, each for only $ 45.00. Not for sale to residents of New York City.
Any magazine deliveries into New York City require written permission from the Police Commissioner, so we cannot ship magazines into any of the six boroughs or 176 some odd zip codes, per NYC Code 10-131.10.
