From the estate of a distinguished Latino collector comes this attractive specimen of the Stevens Favorite Rifle, 1894 variant. Serial number is W Prefix, 300 range, but these were serialized haphazardly. We estimate it was manufactured around World War I. Barrel is 20 inch half octagonal over the chamber area, and round forward of the forend. Sights are nickel steel insert dovetailed blade front, and step elevator dovetailed rear. Action is take down falling block lever action single shot. Chambering is .25 Stevens Rimfire caliber, not the most plentiful in the world. Bore is six groove right hand. Stock and forend are original walnut, with an original factory Stevens favorite buttplate. Length of pull is 12 3/4 inches from the trigger face to the center of the buttplate. Metal finish is an old reblue, possibly cold blue, over etchy texture. Lettering and edges are clear and sharp. Buttstock shows 3 short hairline weather cracks on its left side, none of them more than 1/2 inch long. Bore shows perhaps 30 percent light pitting, nothing deep, and rifling is good at the muzzle area. We rate this .25 Rimfire Favorite as Good, perhaps Very Good, but photos ought to suffice for our shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Hammer stands correctly, extractor is sharp, and mechanism operates well. We’re offering this Stevens .25 Favorite for only $ 259.00. Definitely C&R Eligible.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
