Ruger LCP .380 2.75in 6+1 Black Frame Pistol
The Ruger LCP is a subcompact, pocket-sized semi-automatic pistol chambered for the .380 Auto cartridge. It features a 2.75in barrel, an overall length of 5.16in, and an unloaded weight of approximately 9.4 oz.
The pistol is a short-recoil, double-action-only design with a 6+1 detachable box magazine capacity and fixed sights. The grip/frame is a black, high-performance glass-filled nylon construction and the design includes internal safety features with no external manual safety.
Introduced by Ruger in 2008, the LCP was developed as an ultra-compact carry pistol for personal defense and recreational/range use.
