GunsAmerica 6.1 – How to Use My Classifieds and Messaging

Uncategorized
This is an explanation of how a transaction evolves and is reported in the GunsAmerica 6.1 interface using Classified Ads. The main change is that “Ask Seller a Question” and “Buy It” are now combined in My Classifieds so that you may seamlessly contact a buyer or report a sale from either one.

The images below are clickable to see a bigger one. We are using a smaller image to make the page more navigable. There are examples below of all of the admin screens in My Classifieds, and samples of the emails that go to both buyer and seller on a “Buy It” or “Ask Seller a Question.”

You will notice right away in My Classifieds that the old “Offers” tab and screen is gone. To replace it is the Admin Tab and the View Offers tab. On the Admin Tab there is mostly the same Options flyout that you are used to, but there is NO LONGER A GA SOLD OPTION on it. Reporting GunsAmerica sales is now done entirely through the View Offers system, and there is a link to it on the Admin tab as well, though the View Offers tab is more expedient. The “Sale Pending (Hold) remains the same. It puts a notice on the listing but does not report a sale or invoice a sale. The “No Longer Available” option should be used for guns/items that were sold by other than GunsAmerica, or for listings you just want to remove. WARNING: Not reporting sales in whole or in part on GunsAmerica will result in account suspension.
The View Offers tab combines the contacts from the “Buy Its/Backup Offer” and the “Ask Seller a Question.” Note that there is also an option for “Not on this List.” This is to report sales that came as a result of your listing on GunsAmerica that were not done through our communication system. These could be buyers who called your store because you are a Trusted Seller and have your phone number and/or website on your store banner, or walk-ins who said they saw the gun/item on GunsAmerica. Every sale that is attributed to GunsAmerica must be reported.

This is the screen you will see once you select a contact from the list in My Classifieds on the View Offers tab. Note that you can change the sales price and shipping to reflect the actual amounts so that you are invoiced correctly.

This is the screen you get when you click “Not on this List.” It gives you a review of the contacts that did use the system, and you can plug the price and shipping into the sales fields if you don’t see it in the top list. If you list the buyers email and name, we will look them up in our system for a GunsAmerica account so they can leave you feedback. If they don’t have a GunsAmerica account we will allow them to create on, and then they can leave you feedback.

The “Ask Seller a Question” messages will still come into GunsAmerica Messaging. They are also still forwarded to your email. You may “Reply” to your email to answer the buyer (your reply will pass through our system and be logged in Messaging) or you may click the message to answer the buyer in Messaging. If you choose the latter, you may send the buyer an official “Offer to Sell” along with your answer. This system works very well.

This is the email that the seller gets on “Ask Seller a Question.” The top yellow button is “Compose Offer to Sell.” This can get a buyer off the fence and force them to say yes or no.

When you answer a buyer through GunsAmerica Messaging this is the screen you get that can also be used to extend an “Offer to Sell.”

This is the email the buyer gets when you use “Offer to Sell.”

My buying has been cleaned up considerably. Note that there are two types of inquiries here. The top one is a “Buy It/Back Up Offer” from the buyer, and the bottom one is the seller initiated “Offer to Sell.” The buyer will answer the seller from this screen formally, but can also reply to the emails as normal. The seller is ultimately responsible for reporting the sale.

This is the email the seller gets when the buyer accepts the “Offer to Sell.” Please note that this is NOT REQUIRED to complete a sale through “Ask Seller a Question.” Just by virtue of having contacted the seller, this buyer will come up in the View Contacts tab in My Classifieds. The “Offer to Sell” system is merely a selling tool. The buyer also gets a confirming email.

This is the email that the seller gets on a “Buy It” or “Backup Offer.” You can confirm or reject the sale, and report a nonpaying buyer. Reject Sale will restore your “Buy It” button on the listing, and the nonpaying buyer button will bring you to the “Report Nonpaying Buyer” page in the GunsAmerica admin, where you can restore a removed listing and request a refund or credit for your invoice.

I just listed a gun today & I received an email from [email protected] asking with a link to click on requesting my verified address shown below.

    Greetings thomas stade,

A GunsAmerica user by the name of Jim Roth (Jim Roth) has requested that you send your GunsAmerica Verified Address.

You can click here to send it, or log in to your GunsAmerica account and click the “Verified Address” link in the left nav under “Account Details”.

I take it from the protocol I have read for your website that this is a spam, since there are no messages in my inbox.

    Am I right?

    Thank You, Tom

We are in the process of purchasing a gun on gunsamerica and Thank You for maintaining a forum where I can find items not available locally. We agreed on the price and s&h but when the seller attempted to send the item (ups)(handgun) he found out the cost was more than double. Where does GA come up with shipping expense? Or does seller pick one, Because handguns must be shipped via “common or contract carrier” (UPS/FedEx) and they require “Express shipping” the cost to ship a Beretta 950 from Texas to AZ was $70.33. The $40.34 difference the seller wants prior to sending the item. The additional expense is significant but the delay is more important as the item was suppose to be a Christmas present (Not going to happen). Thanks again and Please advise if there is a way of planning a closer estimate on shipping expense or a cheaper carrier.

    • Administrator December 24, 2013, 11:10 am

They can use USPS dealer to dealer, but not private seller to dealer.

    Dear Mr. Administrator:

Hi, I’ve sold a Thompson Center 36 Cap and ball aprox three weeks ago. The item nu was: #977281274. I also listed it on the classifieds. I did not see any rules applicable that would prohibit in doing so. I sold my item nearly the same day of listing. I cannot figure out how to close it (sold) so I removed the entire add from the auction site. However, i cannot get feedback and i cannot send feedback. I cant even find the buyer’s email or info before i erased the item and of course afterwards.
I’d like to sell another gun but I cant until i get feedback, it was a good sell and I’m sure this fellow Mark, would leave me good feedback. Also how do i remove the classified for this cap and ball. I did get a odd question about selling a pistol? And I’m almost nearly certain when i initially logged on to my GA page I saw another item for 596.00 up for sell. But as I perused thru my account and returned to where I thought I had seen it. It was no longer there. I have had my Ebay account Phised about 7 years ago. Where my account was comprimised thru a local libraries server. The item was a 35,000.00 truck of which Id never laid eyes on in my life. I reported it to ebay and they quickly resolved the matter with themselves and with Yahoo where my login info was hacked and changed and locked from my attempts of standard login. Please respond as quickly as your time allows.

    Kind Regards,
    alex

How long am I on the hook waiting for a seller to get back to me?

    • Administrator October 20, 2013, 9:00 pm

After a day it is best to call, especially if the seller or you are on AOL, Comcast, Bellsouth, or even Yahoo for mail. A couple days is usually enough to say goodbye if they don’t answer.

I can’t find anywhere if there is an automatic “Auction ending time extension” when there has been a bid placed within the last 10-15 minutes of the auction. This makes it a lot better for buyers and sellers alike. Is there one or not? Thanks

    Hello,
What about this idea? I want to buy a gun from a seller that is not a dealer and has not credit rating. I send him the money to cover the shipping and he sends the Gun to my FFL, When they receive it I send him the money for the Gun, When he gets the money he calls the FFL and has them release the Gun to me. It’s a bit of a hassel but then we both have a gaurantee and he now has a credit rating for this transaction.

    Any thought?

    • Administrator June 15, 2012, 7:37 pm

Too many people involved in the state would make you register as an escrow service.

How do I edit a current auction for verbiage?

You can’t. We don’t have the ability at present to edit auctions.

  • greg March 15, 2012, 9:44 am

First Time Selling, ok what I’m missing is that I’m a private seller, first time, have the gun “in hand”. First of all, when I sent the gun to Colt for service, I was instucted to ONLY send it Fedex, overnight, $$$. So I’m saying $40 S & H. But the examples show “$6.00” for S & H. What is the right price/ another way to ship? Also, do I take it to a local dealer, then HE sends it out, for additional money? or do I just ship it to a dealer local to the buyer, and he gets money? Because I understand I can’t just sell the gun to someone else. I don’t understand how that part of the transaction works. Did I miss something?

    • Administrator March 15, 2012, 11:47 am

It is not a law to ship overnight it is a company regulation, so some people don’t do it apparently.

      • greg yatko March 16, 2012, 10:54 am

        Hi,
being that I’m a private seller, do I need to ship “to” a licensed dealer, or do I ship to the buyer “from” a licensed dealer?

        • Administrator March 16, 2012, 11:50 am

You always have to ship to a licensed dealer.

  • Joseph Montague March 13, 2012, 5:15 pm

I am trying to buy a gun and have question for the seller. When I try to send hima message the system tells meI have to update my contact information. It gives me a link to the same page I would get if I went directly to my account and tred to update “user details”. When I up date the info and hit “Submit” it comes back and tells me “the server ecountered an error. Service has been notified and is working on the problem Please go back and try again.”

No matter how many times I try this, no matter which path I used to update my “user details” I get the same error. Can you tell me what is going on?

    • greg March 15, 2012, 9:50 am

I’ve run into similar issues for buying, selling, updating, etc. for things other than Guns America when I used Firefox. I’d try either Google Chrome or regular Internet Explorer and it would work.

I have a Remington pump 22 that has the letters RW and the number 105068 directly under the letters, I may want to sell it but trying to find information is tough. This gun was bought by my father-in-law in the 1920’s and he said he bought it new when he was a boy. For about a 100 year old rifle this is in immaculate condition. The barrel is 21″ 1/4″ and the overall length is 38″. It has this info on the barrel.
    REMINGTON ARMS..UNION METALLIC CARTRIDGE CO.REMINGTON WORKS. ILION, N.Y. U.S.A.
    PEDERSON’S PATENTS JANUARY 5 1909, OCTOBER 12 1909 ,MARCH 8 1910, APRIL 10 1910
The Remington logo is on the barrel between the rear sight and the body. Under the Remington logo is the words, 22 short, long, long rifle.
Behind the trigger guard is the name Remington and the letters UMC in a small circle and TRADE MARK under the circle. The only other marking is on the butt stock and it is another larger circle with Remington and the UMC in larger letters.

I made a mistake that may cost me a selling fee but rifle was not sold. How do I contact GunsAmerica about this?

  • RodsGuns October 8, 2011, 11:27 pm

KenJ, I am pleased to admit that sometimes I am one of those non responding sellers. When some jerk makes an offer to me 30% below the listed price, he doesn’t deserve a response, or in my case, doesn’t want to hear my response. Or, I am asked where the 2% wear is on a 98% gun, that is unanswerable. Or, if I feel I need not respond to sell a gun, why should I? Or, if I am waiting for an earlier buyer’s inspection period to expire, I don’t feel I need to give a daily report to subsequent interested buyers if the offer has been accepted. I will remove the ad when the sale is confirmed. If you try hitting “Buy It” at the listed price, rather than asking a seller question, he will respond. A seller has no responsibility responding to anything else, and GA has no need or interest in to why a seller hasn’t responded to a buyer’s question. Or maybe the seller just has more in his life than answer questions, that he deems unneccessary to answer. Read the description of the gun and ad more carefully, that might help. See, you got a response to your question.

    • KenJ October 15, 2011, 4:18 am

      Thanks for the response.

I agree that there are occasions that responding doesn’t make sense or isn’t practical.

However I didn’t see a response to what I feel is a basic question worthy of an answer – “When a seller reports a sale, does that automatically delete the ad?”

This directly ties in with my also unanswered implicit question “if a sold ad is still up weeks later then why isn’t it deleted by GA after a very specific time frame?” I used a specific example of sold ads up weeks later and I got no responses from all three sellers. Would you agree that after a month the item is sold or not? If the sale falls through relist it. If it doesn’t fall through then after the deal has been completed on both ends DELETE it! If the seller won’t delete it then after that specific time frame GA SHOULD. Want an example? Go to Item Number: 956337414. It would seem to me the GA has a vested interest in this. If an item HAS been sold then wouldn’t they be interested in their commission? If GA HAS been paid then, again, delete the darn thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are working on a new algorithm system to deal with listings that have open inquiries on but he seller hasn’t responded. When a seller reports a sale it does mark it as sold, and the ad comes out of the search, but the page is still up with the sold sign on it.

  • Russ B. October 8, 2011, 6:58 pm

I live in California and I have several beautiful firearms to sell from my collection. I want to begin sell my new Weatherby 300 mag rifle with laser stock and scope, but don’t even know how to start. This rifle has been fired 11 times.

Also, what do I do about transferring the ownership to a buyer so that the gun is out of my name. Every state has its own transfer paperwork rules and I’m not a commercial gun dealer, just a private citizen.

I’d like to start immediately, but to tell the truth, I’m impatient with complicated web sites and need someone to walk me through this process.

    • Administrator October 9, 2011, 4:28 pm

It isn’t complicated. Just click start selling now. California has its own set of rules that few of us can keep up with, so talk to a local gun dealer if you can find one.

  • KenJ October 8, 2011, 1:44 pm

I’m disappointed that you have chosen not to respond on my request for information of what GA does with non responding sellers. I notice that on both your site, and GunBroker, all the rules seem to be pointed at the buyers with seemingly little action taken against bad sellers.

  • Rick southam October 8, 2011, 8:52 am

I am a new member and have a shotgun that I can not find out any info on or possibly a rough estimate as to what it might be worth. Is there a section on this web site where I could ask someone about this sotgun ?

    • Administrator October 9, 2011, 4:29 pm

No but the listings themselves can usually tell you by finding one, or buy a Blue Book of Gun Values.

  • Mike Hos October 7, 2011, 5:02 pm

    Great, thanks!

  • Mike Hos October 7, 2011, 8:48 am

I found something that I would really like to buy. The auction is over, but it doesn’t look like the item sold. How do I contact the seller to see if they still have the item to sell? When I click on “contact seller” it won’t let me do anything. Is there another way to contact the seller? Thanks guys.

    • Administrator October 7, 2011, 4:45 pm

Not at present, but if you email [email protected] we can probably put you in touch with him.

I have had nothing but ease of use and exactly what I ordered. However, I don’t know the laws about buying and/or selling semi-autos through the mail. I am looking to purchase a used Glock 23 40 caliber semi-auto. Obviously I want the best price for the best piece of hardware I can get. I would apreciate any and all feedback, positive and negative about used gun purchasing. Thank you and long live the 2nd ammendment.

    • Administrator October 2, 2011, 10:35 pm

You just have to find one you want and have it shipped to a dealer in your state who will transfer it legally to you.

  • james keathley October 2, 2011, 9:24 am

    love the new changes

Everytime I try to look at a gun the listing comes up invalid. I think they made this to compicated. Look at the blog instructions.

  • Paul September 30, 2011, 10:33 pm

If GA’s website isn’t working properly and easily, but the Dealer and I made a deal…. and I have the firearm, how do I give them a positive review despite the non payment through GA. I had to go through their personal link and call them for confirmation, but dealing with them was easy, I just want to return the favor with a good review for them on GA.

Could you please send it to me.

    Thanks

  • adam bortz September 30, 2011, 12:21 am

to purchase firearms on this site do you have to have a FFL? also can i have the firearm shipped right to my home or do i have to go to the gun shop and have them receive it? when i purchase something how would i go about paying and or doing so? im a first timer for this please gimme some help thanks for you time!!

  • KenJ September 29, 2011, 2:48 pm

You do have WARNING: Not reporting sales in whole or in part on GunsAmerica will result in account suspension. When a seller reports a sale, does that automatically delete the ad? If so, what do you do about sellers who do not respond and leave their ads up, seemingly forever, and waste valuable time and effort? This has happened in at least 3 cases for me and when I reported it to GA I was literally told that it was MY problem by continuing to try and contact a seller who won’t respond.

  • Dave September 28, 2011, 6:09 pm

How do I edit the payment type. It says in my ad credit cards. I see no where to edit this.

    • Administrator October 1, 2011, 8:46 pm

It is in your seller details on My GunsAmerica.

  • Gary September 28, 2011, 4:25 pm

What happened to the wish list emails I used to receive daily?

  • Kevin Fink September 28, 2011, 12:19 am

Since you upgraded I can not open an add to look at it offer to buy or inquire. I have used Gunsamerica for years and now will have to find other sources unless you can fix the problem so I can use the website again.. Kevin

    • Administrator September 28, 2011, 12:00 pm

You should email customer service. It could be a nonpaying buyer report was filed on you.

  • Jay September 27, 2011, 10:28 pm

Preparing to place my Browning Mod-12 on GA for sale:
It’s a really nice gun, Browning Model -12, Limited Edition Grade-V, 28 Guage, authentic 99%, absolutely beautiful walnut stock and forearm, can’t find a single blemish on the entire gun . . . super nice shape. Only 5000 made in 91-92, this one has a 02XXX-NM972 Ser. No.
Keep an eye out for it, want to get some pics on here as well, of course!

  • Nicholas P. Holder (Coastie Nicholas) September 27, 2011, 7:10 pm

    To Gunsamerica

It will take some time to study all of the changes thoroughly, but at first glance they make a great deal of sense. They also address the problem of how to make an offer for a particular firearm, which is available for immediate purchase, but you want to offer the seller less than the “BUY IT NOW” price. Before, the buyer would have to send a message to the seller, to tell the seller what he was willing to pay for the firearm, and to see if the seller would agree to accept the lesser amount.

If so, then the seller would still have to go back into his own listing and reduce the listing price to what the buyer was willing to pay him, following which the buyer would have to jump back on and commit to buying it at the new price listed.

There had to be a better system, and this seems to help fix that!

    Nicholas Holder

    • Administrator September 28, 2011, 12:01 pm

They actually don’t have to. The interface allows them to alter the final sale price at time of reporting the sale.

  • Jeff September 27, 2011, 5:41 pm

Looking forward to advertizing more guns,
    Jeff

  • Jeff September 27, 2011, 5:40 pm

  • pat September 27, 2011, 3:56 pm

You now want shipping amounts.Do you now charge for the price of the sale,AND the shipping?

    • Administrator September 28, 2011, 12:02 pm

Are you that worried about your 30 cents lmao?? No it is just to let the buyer know.

  • Alan Serlin September 27, 2011, 2:01 pm

Hi, I think it would be really cool to have a “wanted” sight ! Then others could E-mail or call me & we could make a deal ! What do you think ??
    Thanks, Alan

  • Bill McPoyle September 27, 2011, 1:46 pm

I like the old addage, if it aint broke, dont fix it, and that applies here, to taking (sold on Ga) off !
I guess I will figure it out in time, but GA may lose, to dishonest sellers this new way! WHY WHY ???

    • Administrator September 28, 2011, 12:03 pm

It is an unfortunately reality Bill. But at least it is now a level playing field for people like you who pay. It is all how you look at it.

  • Lawrence Zendler September 27, 2011, 1:37 pm

    straightforward enough.

  • Ric70506 September 27, 2011, 10:25 am

I have read this entire section and still don’t understand something. Anyone who sees my listing and wants to ask a question can do so by “asking the seller a question”. I have gotten several inquiries like “Is this item still available”, etc.. I respond to them and never hear back from that person again. What am I suppose to do under this new system to clean up my messaging when I have gotten an inquiry that was NOT an offer to buy and/or did not result in a sale? I don’t see a tab or way to deal with this situation. Thanks.

    • Administrator September 28, 2011, 12:04 pm

We can’t really put in an ignore button. Or “move on”. Both answers would be correct.

  • T Partridge September 27, 2011, 1:40 am

Is the Feedback area down or under repair? When I click leave feedback, it takes me to my messages area. It has worked in the past for me, just not now.

    • Administrator September 28, 2011, 12:04 pm

It shouldn’t work any different but we will look into it.

      • T Partridge September 28, 2011, 6:50 pm

Thank you….I click leave “leave feedback” for the seller when I am at the my buying section and it sends me to the “my messages” screen. No way to leave the seller feedback. Let me know…

        • T Partridge September 28, 2011, 6:52 pm

revised…….it sends me to the “My GA” screen, Buying and Selling screen. thx

  • Scott Tyree September 26, 2011, 9:20 pm

I want to list & sell a Crimson Trace Laser grip for a S&W J frame revolver. I had my 642 given an action job by S&W, and I decide to go with the regular boot grip, instead of the original CTLaser grips. I want $175 firm, which includes a battery.

So, how do I do this? Please send the information to me via my email address. I do not have paypal, but I do have a credit card.

    Thank you,
    A real newbe,

    Scott Tyree

    • Administrator September 26, 2011, 10:14 pm

Looking for a military issued 1911 .45 cal Colt pistol.

    • B Carder October 10, 2011, 8:25 pm

I was just about ready to begin to figure out how to list one..

  • Don Johnson September 26, 2011, 5:55 pm

    Thanks.

  • RJS September 25, 2011, 6:42 pm

Did you ever fix the book mark section so you can remove old stuff, it is useless the way it is, not even listed in date order the items just listed radomly. Also in the wish list besides the general classification you should include the model of the gun the person is seeking. I looking for Ruger Vaquero 44 mag, and getting every SA Ruger listed. Likewise looking for a Browning 1886 and getting all Browning Rifles listed. Complained abvout these 3 years ago and still waiting for a fix

    Thanks,

    • Administrator September 26, 2011, 9:50 am

It was never broken just scroll to the right. It has an issue with long titles that bump the page over. Someday we’ll fix that…

  • Gary Roth September 25, 2011, 12:07 pm

What does it cost to advertise and sell my rifle on Gunsamerica.com ?

    • Administrator September 26, 2011, 9:51 am

If it is under $1000 it is $20 for a normal free account and free posting, only after you sell it.

  • ken lillibridge September 25, 2011, 9:41 am

some sellers do not post enough pic and do not give detailed info on their guns (I buy collectable) used to get sellers phone so I could call and ask ?’s now can’t, now seldom get an answer to my ? doesn’t work for me.

    • Administrator September 26, 2011, 9:52 am

If a seller doesn’t answer you, you should contact customer service. It could be an orphan listing. Once you make an inquiry you can ask the seller for their phone number.

  • Donald Mallory September 25, 2011, 1:21 am

I made an offer to purchase a pistol and have received no response. Did I do something wrong?

    • Administrator September 25, 2011, 3:39 am

If you didn’t get a confirmation email check your spam folder.

  • Robert Gerken September 24, 2011, 11:28 pm

Why are you changeing things and making them more complicated. g whiz I was just getting somewhat aware of the old confusing format.

    • Administrator September 25, 2011, 12:32 am

So it would be less confusing. 😉

  • arthur September 24, 2011, 6:30 pm

for some reason i’m not receiving my wishlist

    • John Longhi September 29, 2011, 3:29 am

I have to go out and hire a lawyer now ,Remmember Honda, KEEP IT SIMPLE!!

  • Bill Carter September 24, 2011, 4:35 pm

I am not computer literate and I don’t expect that to change. I need to be able to speak directly with the seller or this system, which I have never before used, will not work for me. I buy guns often, and after learning how to look at the inventory, I love the huge selection, but I need to talk to the seller!

    • Administrator September 24, 2011, 8:11 pm

Then register and use ask seller a question.

  • Todd September 24, 2011, 4:15 pm

anyone having any issues updating your profile with your cell number? it keeps telling me to enter a valid number.

    • Administrator September 24, 2011, 8:12 pm

Try putting dashes between the numbers. It kinda does say that.

  • terminalguns September 24, 2011, 12:52 pm

hey my wishlists stopped whats going on?

    • Administrator September 24, 2011, 8:12 pm

Not sure we’ll figure it out.

  • roborex2 September 24, 2011, 7:35 am

For some reason I no longer receive daily emails from GA listing items for sale. Didn’t opt out and miss that. How do I restore that service?

    • Administrator September 24, 2011, 8:13 pm

This is the third report of wishlist failures so we’ll figure it out.

  • preston beal/guns galore bozeman montana September 23, 2011, 11:00 am

sucks, had an offer, backed our now costs $2.00 to reinstate the item on the page. May be able to figure it out.

    • Administrator September 23, 2011, 11:21 am

That’s not true actually. You can use the non-paying buyer link and it will be restored seamlessly, and it will suspend the stiffs account.

  • pat September 23, 2011, 8:04 am

I do not like that i no longer get the buyer email address or phone. This has been a usefull information.Hope that you can change that .

    • Administrator September 23, 2011, 11:19 am

There are two reasons for this. One is that the buyers have complained about privacy, that they are giving up their home address in many cases before they have made a deal, and the other is policing sales. If everyone reported sales correctly under the honor system, as the original GA was designed, it would be fine, but people don’t. It is just a harsh reality that people aren’t as trustworthy as we originally thought. The upside is that it is more fair for the honest sellers who do pay. When a competing seller isn’t paying, that seller can sell the gun $20 cheaper, which is often the difference in sale or no sale. This is an even playing field.

  • James Russell September 22, 2011, 6:34 pm

Time will tell, sometimes trying to simplify computer issues is helpful, sometimes only confusing to us old guys.

  • Jerry W. Hollifield September 21, 2011, 11:49 am

I am not sure i understand it all but will figure it out in time..

    • Administrator September 21, 2011, 12:23 pm

We are hoping that in practice the system is now intuitive enough that there is nothing to figure out. The emails will drive most tasks you need to do and they should make it extremely easy to do them.
