After my initial problems with my first KSG, I bought a new one which you see here. So far so good! When coupled with the Aguila min-shotgun shells and a SilencerCo Salvo 12 suppressor, this combination is unbeatable.
Old buddy the short shells do not have a full charge of powder/. If they did the projectiles would be faster than a normal shell since the throw weight has been reduced.
