Michigan Man Won’t Be Evicted From His Property Without A Fight, Even It’s To The Death

Authors Rapid Fire S.H. Blannelberry This Week

Blanchard, Michigan homeowner Ted Visner is threatening to use “all appropriate force” to prevent local authorities from physically evicting him from his property.

In his YouTube diatribe, Visner levies serious accusations against the Michigan courts, claiming they plan to unjustly evict him. But when the sheriff’s deputies come knocking on his door to serve the notice, he promises to be ready and waiting.

“I will not be evicted from my property, and, when I say that, what I mean is I will use all appropriate force to defend my property,” Visner said in his video.

He goes on to explain that similar scenarios of unjust evictions are occurring all throughout the state, but declares that it has to stop now.

“The tree of Liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants,” said Visner. “I guess it’s gonna’ start in Blanchard, Michigan. I fully expect to stand alone here, and I fully expect to be killed.”

He concluded the video by asking for prayer from the people, and help from God.

“Please say a prayer,” he said, continuing after a lengthy pause. “God help us. God help us all.”

State militia group Three Percenter’s Club had planned to reach out Visner, but after conducting some of their own research into the matter they had a drastic change of heart.

On July 12, YouTuber YouTube Junkie, a self-proclaimed Three Percenter from Ohio, said the militia group was about to drive to Visner’s location.

“I’m from Ohio. Part of the 111% United Patriots/Militia. We are contacting Ted and driving up as soon as possible. We appreciate your support,” YouTube Junkie commented.

Several days later however, on July 17, YouTube Junkie commented:

“DO. NOT. BELIEVE. THIS. GUY ‘TED’ … I am telling you I am warning you all! This guy is a LOOSE cannon… Do NOT get involved with this.. He has serious issues, the Courts know him to well.. The Court is NOT screwing him over he has DEFAULTED on his loan. I extended a welcoming hand to this fool from the 111% United Patriots of Ohio and he is full of shit! Take my word or don’t.. But I’m telling you now, we’ve done our research. Ted Visner, you are a low class piece of shit for asking for help from us trusting Militia groups and I am absolutely appalled at the way you are broadcasting yourself still. You defaulted on your loan, own up to it. The gig is up. Shows over buddy.”

The Three Percenters also issued an official statement on their Facebook page.

“This is not a situation where Mr. Visner’s rights are being violated. Under Michigan law he has been receiving his due process,” they wrote. “We cannot with the best intentions of our people ask them to go to the front lines and risk their lives for someone who refuses to provide us with the necessary documentation for us to know this is a just cause.”

It sounds like the Michigan militia is just a bunch of punks with no guts looking for a say out.

That’s why I wrote you such a long comment above. I might suggest you get out of the house and go shooting or just visit a couple of gun shops. Take up the salesman’s time, fingerprint up all the guns, and ask some really stupid questions. It won’t cost you a dime and it’s usually nice and cool in those places. I know, I know. But here’s the facts. Gun store owners pushed for back ground checks, and FFL required transfers of privately owned firearms. I buy almost all my guns freely through various, but perfectly legal private sources. Rarely a gun shop. So I’m really nice and friendly when I go in there to play with guns I can’t afford, or will buy privately. Try it for boredom………

The guy did or didn’t default on his loan. We can’t know one way or the other. It’s great there are militia’s out there that even consider backing a play like this. It’s a worthwhile cause as long as it’s legitimate. But in the mean time, there are court rooms full of people who spent the night in jail after a fight with their domestic partners. They just want to get cleaned up, and go on with repairing their lives in whatever way they can. Instead, they are offered a document by a bailiff which tells them the court is not considering jail time for the alleged offense that landed them in court. It goes on to briefly explain that if they waive their right to a trial and plead guilty, the case can be expedited, a small fine levied, and they will be released. Sign here to waive your right to trial____________………. All well and good. That is until you try to buy a pistol at your local gun store. Then you find out that the paper you signed, waiving your right to a trial, and pleading guilty to a misdemeanor with the “domestic violence” attachment rendered you ineligible. Forever! It’s a Clinton era law. That means this has been going on for lifetimes at this point. Nobody really talks about it. Now they are going after social security beneficiaries. What are these folks to do? To the letter and spirit of our US Constitution, it’s an illegal law. Nobody really wants to die defending the rights of these individuals, but we’re all connected. The multiple millions of people who’ve suffered this fate count when future anti-Constitutional, anti civil right laws are enacted. We all lose a bit more of our 2nd Amendment every single time this happens. Every city court room in every city around the country. People better start thinking about this stuff and decide just how much freedom and liberty really means to them. It’s time to fight back, and take our country back. Sure politically, social media, living by example. All great. I bet the founding fathers were doing the same things. But more was required. Our nation was born of struggle, violence, and revolution. Obviously diplomacy and statesmanship isn’t what it used to be. To even dream those two alone can keep the ugly nature of human governments at bay is a fools errand. Here’s my two cents, I know what our 2nd Amendment says. It’s not rocket science, or something better left to educated men. It’s plain English. And it says the right of the people to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. And that is what it means. If my rights are being infringed, I do not have money for bail, lawyers, or the time and energy for some judge who would rather accept illegal laws as legitimate and convict me of breaking them than face the truth. I will deal with it on the spot. The only way I can. Yes, I’ll be killed. My simple promise is that I will take four zealous anti 2nd Amendment souls with me. We can all go be judged then. I’m confident the highest judge will find me innocent by reason of self defense. I hope the other four are as confident for their sake. Now if everybody did this, we could get back to doing what Americans do best. Shining the blinding light of freedom and liberty into the darkest nooks and crannies of the whole world to scatter the cock roaches. Dictator cock roaches, Islamic extremist cock roaches, criminal thug cock roaches, all of em have bowed to the wrath of our great nation. With some common sense, a little self respect, and some thorough resolve, we can take it all back and set things right. If not, count me out. I don’t want to live any other way. But know, four of the above mentioned cock roaches will be coming with me.

The phrase “The gig is up” is wrong.
It’s jig, the little cup used for measuring a shot of liquor. Argh…
