The Obama administration signed the treaty in 2014 and it awaits ratification from the Senate. But as Bolton notes, Obama could make an end-run around Congress and use an executive order to get it signed. “The real agenda has always been domestic gun control in America.”
Some politicians and most of the media didn’t hear the message that was clearly sent on election day. A majority of the voters in a vast majority of States rejected Hillary and her continuing O’Bummer’s “legacy”. At 5pm in Philadelphia a scrolling news prediction stated Hillary had a 90% chance of becoming the next POTUS. By 1am eastern time it was obvious to everyone but the media that Trump could not lose. It’s difficult to say how significant the pro 2nd Amendment vote was in causing Hillary’s defeat, but I can’t believe any Senator could possibly ignore the fact gun owners are a political force to be reckoned with. Besides the fact any International Treaty which gives foreign governments power to enforce sanctions against the USA violates the Constitution and compromises our Sovereignty is so blatantly clear that even a moderately liberal SCOTUS could interpret it as anything but Unconstitutional. If as proponents contend the Treaty will stop illegal international gun sales (NOT) including tanks, mortars, RPG’s etc as a Sovereign nation we can enforce that type of sanction unilaterally WITHOUT RATIFICATION of the Treaty. The American people have proven there is enough patriotic citizens to swing an election, I hope Senator Toomey of Pennsylvania noticed which way Pennsylvania voted in spite of widespread voter fraud in Democratic wards throughout Philadelphia. I hope Senator Toomey enjoys the next six years since he was opposed by McGinty who was an embarrassment even to liberals. Toomey was elected on Trumps coattails, on what shouldn’t have been a close election. Politicians and media morons have to get out of denial mode and smell gunpowder..
Hey fellows just think for a minute. If you were in the military would you want to face 70 million gun owners, all who know how to use their weapons? Remember when Glenn Beck called for huge amounts of people to come to Washington and they flooded the Mall? They push through laws in the middle of the night that take away our freedoms like the Patriot act, Obama Care, etc, with the accusation that if you don’t vote for this, then you’re unAmerican! Dennis, I did not know the full meaning of the elder Bush’s remark about the “one world order” until time revealed that he too wants a one world government. Make no mistake that Republican or Democrat the order of the day is to change this country into what we had when old King George was still ruling us from Britain (or worse). Please read the first part of the Declaration of Independence and see the similarities of the offenses from the ruling class. They are almost identical to what is happening today. The solution is, I believe, another revolution. The US Constitution requires the US Congress ratify all treaties. No US Congress will ratify the 2014 or any other arms control treaty that infringes on the right of individual citizens to own, possess or carry arms. Period. This and any treaty like it is nothing more than the president pandering to his base, keeping campaign promises and positioning himself for an imagined world leadership role after US office.
Barry/Barack/Harrison Soetoro/Soebarkah/Obama/Bounel (or Whatever his Real Name is) is the absolute Worst thing that has ever happened to this country, bar none! From his Unconstitutional usurpation of the Presidency, to his Unconstitutional, so called, ‘Executive Orders/Actions, to his blatant ignoring of the Constitution, this man has only been able to succeed because of a collusion between his fellow politicians, the Courts and the Lamestream Media.

This is a move that needs to be stopped…..it may seem like no big deal on the surface, most people may not have a clue what it would mean in the long run, but do a search for the “U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE PUBLICATION 7277” and read through some of this publication that is dated 1961. There is a long term plan to create a world power and leave us with no way to protect ourselves or our constitution.

This man will go down in history as the worst President the USA has and more than likely will ever see. He is lawless and no better than a common fraud artist on Wall Street. He will stop at nothing to advance his socialistic agenda. Laws and the Constitution mean nothing to him. As a matter of fact I believe he goes out of his way to find issues to thumb his nose at the Constitution for. In real terms if it were not for the office he holds and the protection it affords him he would be behind bars, where he belongs. It sickens me to hear him called President, it’s shameful to all those great men who came before him.
I am equally ashamed at the Congress for allowing this man the opportunity to destroy our “ONCE” great nation. He is a Muslim I have no doubt and it will one day be revealed that he is not only a Muslim but in fact he was never born in this Country and never should have been elected in the first place.
I not only fear for my 2nd amendment rights, I fear that the Country has experienced irreparable harm while this person has been in office. The damage to our Country is immense the amount of scandals this person has caused while in office is staggering, like nothing ever seen in modern day history. He is a menace to all law abiding Americans and to the whole WORLD as well. If my parents were alive today they would be utterly horrified at what this Country has become and what the media has become and how he is allowed to operate without consequence systematically dismantling all our Constitutional rights whenever and wherever he feels like.

Lost our country? you’ve got to be kidding me. If there was a time when we “lost” our country, or began to “lose” it, it was during Teddy Roosevelt’s administration. The Founders’/Framers’ believed that the ‘Republic’ rested on the shoulders of the militia, we haven’t had one for well over a hundred years. If they creators of this country felt that it was lost with the losing of the militia, it certainly wasn’t Obama. And what have the Republicans done to restore our country according to the ideals of the Founders’/Framers’? Absolutely nothing, at any time have they raised even a pinkie to set things right: both sides are guilty, or nobody’s guilty.
Where are the founders and framers now? We need to get off the forums and start an old school way it’s called protest. Let’s say we organize a million or more Americans to march on Washington and block them in by walking and talking and staying there peacefully. Until impeachment and removal of President O and everyone appointed is completed. Furthermore; all rights taken, given back without compromise. The founding fathers can’t help us. The Gov. Is on their own side. We the people need to take America out of the hands of this terrorist government. And buy the way. I will be the first to stand in that march.
If we were to march we would be labeled as aggressive and would probably have the dogs released. This country is being led by people who care more about the money they will make than the constituency that they represent. Our country needs people who want to and will do the right thing and not receive money from lobbyists like the speaker of the house (though he is not alone). Unlike other organized protests, the patriotic Americans who would join and support such a protest march are also the responsible citizens who go to work, support their families and wouldn’t risk losing their jobs and jeopardizing their families.. The same people who don’t burn down their neighborhoods when a Police Officer is killed or an innocent person is senselessly victimized by lawless thugs..
“And what have the Republicans done … ?” The situation is not that the Demoncraps are bad and the Republirats are good. Those at the head of the GOP are controlled by the big campaign donors just like the Democrats. Most in both parties are so far left that Karl Marx & Vladimir Lenin would be proud of them. The Democrats are just more open and honest about their goals. The Democrats tell us their goals and say they are patriotic, but their goals are a definition of tyranny and socialism. The Repubs say they want to reach across the aisle, to be bipartisan (meaning they want to go along with the demoncraps and stay in power over the people, who they consider the ignorant unwashed masses.) Our only hope is to vote all those at the top out and get a fresh crew in charge of the situation. Chances of that are slim. Especially because the administration and most of the legislature do everything in their power to make the average U.S. citizen poorer and more dependent on the government, thus practically guaranteeing the majority of the votes. The people have to educate themselves and the other voters. The government is using our hard earned dollars, which the IRS collects at gunpoint, to buy votes to keep themselves in power. Quite a racket. Force the people to pay the government and then use the money to buy votes and control the taxpayers.

Mike, is it no wonder that the Secret Service has had to increase his protection 400% over any other president we have had? We would be amazed at the number of death threats he has generated. But the other side of that is, notice that the Secret Service is getting very lax about his protection? They have just gotten rid of four of the top people in the SS. Do you know they are undermanned, under funded and morale is very low? No wonder. All he really has to do is piss off about three of the agents close to him and he will be in great danger. Since he has been in office the security in Washington, D.C. has increased greatly. If you visit there and look around you will see armed snipers on many buildings, especially around the White House. They are scared to death someone is going to penetrate the security blanket. Preparation for him to clear the White House grounds takes two weeks or more except for airlifting to Camp David and that is an armed camp in it’s self. You can’t get within two blocks of where he is at without SS clearance. Ask thee residents at Maratha’s Vineyard if they enjoy his little vacations there? He has been clearing out all the top military brass that do not agree with him but the file and rank are fed up with him. If he tries to declare Martial Law as some claim he will, he will be surprised at lack of support he has. By the way. If you don’t believe they are preparing for war with the American populace Google HS 645 which is the little known law about the FEMA camps (you know like the gulags of WWII in Germany) Why is Homeland Security buying millions of rounds of .40 cal. ammo and more of the higher calibers? Why does the IRS need to buy semi-auto pistols for their agents? The people of this country need to be waken up or they will be rounded up like the sheep they are and run over the cliff.
I believe this has to be voted on by congress before in can be initiated.
The US Senate specifically, not the whole Congress. Write and call your US Senator’s to defeat this and remind the President we are a nation ruled by law, based on the Constitution.
