Overview
CZ has come out this year with some new pistols. First and foremost of these is the P-10 C pistol, a polymer-framed, striker-fired handgun ready for duty or CCW use. Also new are the Shadow and the Shadow 2, which are sure to excite fans of the venerable CZ-75 line. The Shadow has been dominating the production class of USPSA for some time now.

Impression
The P-10 C represents a marked shift for CZ-USA, offering a pistol that diverges a good amount from the classic CZ-75. In regards to the Shadow, as much as I hate to admit it, for a race gun, the pistol performs the task much better that the striker-fired fare I usually use. The new model will feature two styles of safety in the box, depending on your taste. The larger one is big enough to function as a thumbshelf, and should be hard to miss coming out of the holster. The sights are fully adjustable from the factory, which is very nice for tuning to your minor power factor loads. The steel frame on this model is hefty, but from a race perspective, that also mitigates recoil and keeps yours sights on target. Everyday shooters might not notice the time that saves you in splits, but it adds up on the clock looking for 2 A zone hits as fast as possible.

Also new this year, a 28-gauge pump action shotgun. 28 gauge is never one I have gotten into, but people love if for a bird gun. This new one has an MSRP below $500, so you don’t need to drive a Mercedes to the quail hunt to afford it. Another option for the CZ shotgun, a new Swamp Magnum. This is an over under shotgun with 3.5-inch magnum chambers, seated in a synthetic stock.

You know what’s funny is that you have no idea weather you need to pull the trigger to disassemble the P-10C or not unless you own one. Which I am positive you don’t! Not all striker fired pistols require you to pull the trigger to disassemble the, either duh! Also CZ makes some of the best pistols for the money you will find today! They are excellent firearms that are in use by many police and military units all over Europe and Asia! Also you boneheads don’t even make any comments about CZ’s guns you just make stupid comments about the great people who write, own, and do interviews for this website. I happen to get a lot of good information from this website and blog, and the people who write for it.mso stop acting like children and either comment on the subject of the article, or don’t comment at all! You people are worse than my 16 month old twin girls!!!! Now get over it and either comment nicely and appropriately or just don’t comment at all, babies!!!
My first question would be as to whether or not these new CZ pistols have magazines that will interchange with the CZ-75.

Glock rules
Another unsafe plasticky copy of the plasticky Glock. No manual safety and a totally unsafe take down procedure that makes one pull the trigger to take it down. An accident waiting to happen and plenty of them have with Glock owners. Even Tarzan’s Cheetah the Monkey could have designed a safer take down system and now CZ has copied the take down system of Glock. I do not know who which company had more idiots working in the engineering department. At least CZ should have learned something from all the Glock take down accidents.
I too agree about the chidish comments made. It is uncalled for. Back to what this is intended for, I have no experience with cz pistols, never seen one in real life, only in pics. Now with that said, when I laid eyes on that Shadow II, it really opened my eyes wide. It is a very good looking gun. I would not hesitate buying one if it were about $600 in price, but $1300 is very steep. I guess I’m going to have to wait a good while and pray that the price goes down before exit this world.
Ok, so I’m a solid CZ fan boy and don’t have any comments about the guns. My comment is about the young lady doing the interview. I’ve watched every interview the GA staff have done this shot show and this lady repping for CZ is the best of them all. She had her ducks in a row, knew her products and is a smart move for CZ by having her. I think she has a good futiure with CZ or so I hope!
And the dude doing the interview did great as well. The guy who did the one on the new Mini-gun needs to be retired, that was the worst one I’ve seen and in fact all of his suck. Sorry dude but there it is.
