Do you suffer from low Tacticalosterone?

I experienced low tacticalosterone after my recent partial picatinnectomy. My doctor says that I have almost no chance of having a child who grows up to be an operator, which has sort of put a damper on my love life. Even my wife’s 5.11 lingerie doesn’t motivate me slice the pie anymore. Doctors say a keymodplasty could help, but it’s so darn expensive.
