The new Stiletto retails for $199 and is ideal for low-profile EDC.

M600 DF

In this case, DF stands for dual fuel, meaning it takes either a rechargeable battery or two CR123’s. CR123 batteries are the military standard, but they get expensive if you are buying your own. This is a great addition, for those of us that go home every night. This little guy puts out 1500 lumens on the rechargeable, plenty for every application. MSRP is $299 with a charger.

  • Max Output — White light: 1,000; 1,500 Lumens
  • Tactical Runtime: 1.75 hours
  • Length: 5.4 in.
  • Bezel Diameter: 1.125 in.
  • Weight w/ Batteries: 5.6 oz.
  • Batteries: 2 123A included

M300 Mini Scout Light

The M300 series has been upgraded, including the Mini Scout. The original Scout Light was one of the best selling of all time, so adding to that success makes sense. The Mini takes one battery, making a very compact package for SBR’s or AR pistols. That one battery puts out 500 Lumens, with a price also of $299.

  • Max Output — White light: 500 Lumens
  • Tactical Runtime: 1 hour
  • Length: 4.10 in.
  • Bezel Diameter: 1.125 in.
  • Weight w/ Batteries: 4.1 oz.
  • Batteries: 1 123A included

The XH35 is a 1000 Lumen pistol light and fits with the SureFire Master Fire holster system. It has programmable settings on the bottom, for high, low, or strobe. With this setup, you no longer have to cycle settings with your pistol deployed, what you want is what you get.

  • Max Output — White light— High:  1,000 (1.25 hours) Lumens Low: 300 (2.5 hours)
  • Length: 3.7 in.
  • Bezel Diameter: 1.125 in.
  • Weight w/ Batteries: 4.8 oz.
  • Batteries: 2 123A included

The XH55 is all the goodies of the XH35, plus an aiming laser. Learning from past developments, the laser is now top mounted to reduce the offset from the bore.New Weaponlights from SureFire: M600; M300; XH35 & XH55 — SHOT Show 2018

Last, but certainly not least, is the Stiletto PLR. PLR stands for pocket light rechargeable. This is a super thin flashlight with a polymer body, this is a perfect EDC light. It has two activation buttons, programmable for your needs. MSRP $109.

Question to surefire: “Why do you make a strobe on a weapon light? It literally serves no useful purpose.” Answer: “Because our competitors do, and people buy it…”
