At the sale they said it was an trade gun for American Indians. I can find no markings on the barrel or the lock. I can't tell the cal. exactly but it appears to be 69 cal and what I can see of the bore looks good. The lock and trigger function perfectly and the lock spring is strong. The stock is in good condition with no cracks or chips but some dings from use. Although the gun looks old I am not an expert and can not tell if it is old or a reproduction.
