Starting with a PSA Stealth lower receiver and adding a custom upper with side charging handle with a 18 in. Stainless steel heavy straight fluted barrel with mid length gas system. Chambered in 223 Wylde which shoots both 5.56 NATO and 223 Rem. ammo equally well and with greater accuracy than 5.56 NATO chambers. Twist rate is 1:8 and will handle bullets up to 77 gr. and some 80 grainers. Bolt is 9310 steel and the charging handle is on the right side and is curved. The handguard is free floated, 15 in. long and uses the Strong M Loc system to attach accessory rails. The flat top receiver has plenty of room for a scope or red dot and BUIS sights.
