This 60 round mag seems to be different than the much higher priced mags out there. There is a rib between the rows of shells, so they will probably much less likely to bind. You sure can’t beat the price, and most of the online reviews of it are good.
They gave us one of these at the show, so hopefully we’ll get out with it soon and dump a few mags. High cap mags are difficult to review, because they all work great when you first try them. I remember the first time I dumped a 100 round Beta – C Mag with a Slidefire. Couldn’t stop laughing. But the next time I went out with that very same mag, it jumbled up inside and became useless.
Fortunately this isn’t a huge investment. The MSRP is $69.95, but they can be found cheaper at Brownells, who even recently did a 3 mag special (which seems to be gone). They are currently $39.95 there.
