Biden Wants to Give Black Rifles NFA Treatment Under New Plan

Joe Biden will give you a choice, if he is elected president. You can either register your AR-pattern rifle under the NFA or sell it to the government.

Shotgun” Joe Biden unveiled a plan Wednesday to address what he calls the “gun violence epidemic” in America.

At the top of the agenda is to force owners of black rifles into a double bind, that is the impossible choice between registration and confiscation.

“Biden will also institute a program to buy back weapons of war currently on our streets,” the plan reads. “This will give individuals who now possess assault weapons or high-capacity magazines two options: sell the weapons to the government, or register them under the National Firearms Act.”

The current frontrunner to win the Democratic nomination for president also wants to ban the manufacture and sale of black rifles and mags with a capacity greater than 10 rounds, institute a one-gun-per-month purchase rule, bankrupt the gun industry by terminating the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, criminalize the sale of private transfers, weaponize the ATF and DOJ to confiscate firearms, and much, much more.

A Biden aide touted the former vice president’s record on gun control to CNN, pointing out that “SleepyCreepyJoe,” as President Trump calls him, helped to push through the Clinton-era ban on “assault weapons.”

“Joe Biden has been pushing the conversation on guns for at least the past 25 years, and he’s the only Democratic presidential candidate who on the national stage has defeated the National Rifle Association — and he’s done it twice,” said the aide, the “second time” referring to the 1993 Brady Bill.

The aide went onto say that while some of the measures could be strong-armed into law via executive action, the majority would need the support of Congress.

Biden “thinks that, from that experience and from seeing President Trump reverse some of the executive actions — especially executive action on gun violence that he worked on — that legislation [as opposed to executive action] is really, you know, the key here, to ensure we have lasting change,” explained the aide.

“Shotgun” Joe leads the field of Democratic challengers with 27 percent, according to RealClearPolitics.  Though, Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders are nipping at his heels, with 23 and 17 percent respectively.

This from a guy who thinks there’s AR14s and 100 clip magazines…if this senile coot gets elected, we’re all doomed, whether you own a gun or not…

  • Charlie October 10, 2019, 11:33 am

This all happened to other countries in our past. Take one then another and another. At some point the American people will be disarmed like the countries that the Germans under Hitler rolled over. Then eliminated anyone that opposed their control. This is why we the people must not let these political idiots destroy the Second. There is a reason it is listed number 2. It is a protection of the people against a government that has gone away from the principals of the people of the country. It does not say what type of firearms are protected. It states the right of the people to bear arms.Period.

Say it ain’t so Joe! Senility can rob you of decision making and the possibility of endangering all Americans.
Take your meds and go fishing.

  • Scott in Atlanta October 6, 2019, 3:19 pm

And I want to give Biden – and ALL the Democrats – the FU treatment.

  • Altoids October 5, 2019, 10:40 pm

If they need to be registered as automatic weapons, then they need to be allowed to be legally converted to full auto.

  • Kane October 5, 2019, 9:40 am

And somehow Biden’s federal agents will disarm the American public without burning any fossil fuels.

  • Mike Hipshire October 5, 2019, 4:50 am

Why don’t we pass a law that requires politicians to undergo an extensive mental evaluation before he or she is allowed to run for president since this Idiot obviously is suffering from a severe mental problem!

    • Rob Waldron October 5, 2019, 11:52 am

No joy ….. Creepy Uncle Joe not going to survive the primaries due to his own pomposity and loose lips sinking his own ship yet, I guess on his way down and out, he’s apparently going to flap like crazy …..

    • Ardvark October 8, 2019, 10:11 am

That would wipe out the communist democrat party

  • David Hammack October 4, 2019, 10:53 pm

I think if So called “assault weapons are incorporated under the NFA, it will be overturned by the Supreme Court, and they might just overturn NFA as a whole!

  • Mike October 4, 2019, 9:21 pm

When the Feds remove all firearms from criminals with a record then and only then will I consider registration

  • Rouge1 October 4, 2019, 6:42 pm

Americans have no rights just privileges. If a few hundred people can take them away then they aren’t rights. The government has already done this once with the blessing of the clowns in black robes called the Supremes. For that matter Trump by executive order has done the same. Fyi 3 times as many people are murdered by knives over all rifles.

  • Michael Christensen October 4, 2019, 4:37 pm

I will only register it/them if I can make it full auto as per the classification he wants to put them in.

  • Brent Christensen October 4, 2019, 3:26 pm

All this talk about gun buy backs let’s do the math. Aka How to bankrupt a country…. “392 million” guns in the us civilian hands. Say we “buy” back every gun in America who sets that price? Okay we use the shit buy back price of $200 that wont attract any serious gun owner that’s $78,600,000,000 in words seventy-eight billion six hundred million. So divide that by the US population that’s a cost of $238.48 per person. Okay so let’s put a number out there that would attract most gun owners 5k a gun. That’s $1,960,000,000,000. In words one trillion nine hundred sixty billion. Divide that by the 2019 us population and you get the cost per person of $5,946.98. One step further since it’s going to he tax payers footing the bill we will decide by the number of taxpayers in 2019. $13,910.57 per taxpayer. So your going to charge me $8,910.57 to turn in one gun. Think about that…

    • Ardvark October 8, 2019, 10:14 am

You and everyone with any common sense, that exempts democrats, know that this BS about guns is nothing more than part of their goal to control the entire country and that would be difficult if the peasants have weapons!

  • Ben Jr October 4, 2019, 3:09 pm

Here’s a third option for ya quid-pro-Joe; you or any of your commie ilk come and take them! Molon Labe!!! The only assault weapons in this whole mix are all of your leftist pieces-of-trash’s mouths!!! Anytime any of you open them there is an assault on our liberty and an insult to anything good and decent!

  • bob October 4, 2019, 1:09 pm

NO ONE, including any and all of the current crop of Democratic presidential hopefuls are going to take away, or further infringe, ANY OF MY CIVIL RIGHTS….especially the Second which is the sword and shield for all the rest.

  • Doug October 4, 2019, 11:36 am

No Pay-For-Play JOE, I choose option number three and four..

That is where you are tried in the military tribunals (that are coming) and you sir are hung for treason against this country and the American people for committing billions of dollars of corruption with China, The Ukraine and ?? (God only know where else!) and selling out our country! And I keep MY legally purchased and owned so called by tyrannical lefty clowns like yourself “assault rifles”.

  • Kevin Baxter October 4, 2019, 11:15 am

    No, and hell no.

  • John W. Raccasi October 4, 2019, 10:37 am

Register magazines ? What number is going to be used to identify that I own said magazine, 9mm, 30 carbine, maybe S & W model 686….that will show how much they know. What about my tank traps or my moat of reptiles, will I have to register those as well ? How about any blade in my house that is over 3 inches in length, do I need to pay for those items again as well to own them ?

Oh….they will micro stamp all of these items for me at no extra charge. Where do you micro stamp a turtle?

  • Binor October 4, 2019, 10:29 am

Here we go again. Another Presidential candidate flapping his gums and not knowing what he’s talking about. First of all you cannot own an Assault weapon unless you have a Class III FFA. Assault weapons are select fire weapons- meaning you can select Full Auto, Semi Auto ETC. As for Weapons of War All guns are an take off of Military weapons. The so called Black Weapons the ones you buy Legally from your local Gun store are SEMI AUTOMATIC ONLY . So Mr. Biden Get your ACT TOGETHER !!!!!!!!!

  • TJ Reeder October 4, 2019, 10:26 am

3rd option Joe, come take em. I will bet that after the first bunch of fools/stooges who try to do so will have a problem and the second bunch will demand triple wages and the third bunch will say “Joe, you want them, you go get them.

    • allfour1 October 4, 2019, 7:45 pm

      TJ Reeder;
There isn’t a conventional [automatic, lol] ‘like’ button.
      This will have to do.

3rd option Joe B, (aka “Mr. Anything for a Vote”)
Come take them, Molon labe, μολὼν λαβέ; all the same

  • Alan October 4, 2019, 9:56 am

Joe Biden is obviously a Bloomberg puppet. The two biggest things needing change in this country are Campaign Funding Laws and Lobby Laws. As they are it amounts to nothing more than buying politicians.

  • Justista October 4, 2019, 9:26 am

Joe would just love to tax them or take them.
I’d like to know if ever in his life he voted against a tax increase?

  • catawampus October 4, 2019, 9:20 am

“Fire two blasts, get a shotgun” I just can’t stop singing that song

  • Zupglick October 4, 2019, 9:14 am

This is just part of the DemocRATS effort to get their slaves back. They don’t care what color they are.

  • joefoam October 4, 2019, 9:14 am

The dems have gone from who can promise the most free stuff to who can be the most radical on gun control. Swalwell set the example of how willing the public is to disarm themselves, even under threat of a nuclear attack. He had to drop out because of polling in the 1% range. The offers of free stuff are withering as even the most ignorant of voters are realizing who is going to pay for all of it. Biden is done for, especially if the ‘pay for play’ is proven in the Ukraine affair.

  • Joe October 4, 2019, 8:47 am

Biden and his son have a room reserved for the both of them in the Federal Pen. Right next to Hillarys…

  • Jeff Kyle October 4, 2019, 8:42 am

  • John Clemons October 4, 2019, 8:29 am

This is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. Are we going to ban the 2nd amendment too.

  • Todd October 4, 2019, 8:05 am

He should go himself a take them back. I wonder how long he would last

  • rsmalt October 4, 2019, 7:47 am

“Weapons of war,” eh? No one I know would take an AR-15 into combat. It would be like taking a Remington 7400 into combat. Biden is a moron.

  • George October 4, 2019, 7:38 am

Hummmmmm..The Liberals hate the Military, hate the Constitution, hate Christians, hate American Patriots.
Now tell me, who is going to force the Patriots of this fine Country to give up their weapons? illegals ?
UN ? Go for it azz holes.

  • Patriots of America October 4, 2019, 7:10 am

    Come and take them

  • Kb31416 October 4, 2019, 6:53 am

Between the exposure of Biden’s corruption as vpotus and Sanders heart problems, it looks like all of this is moot, and Pocahontas will get a big boost.
One can be sure that the “whistle blower “ is some sort of deep state operative and Warren supporter.

  • George E October 4, 2019, 6:40 am

Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. 137, 1803: “Any act of the legislature repugnant to the Constitution is void.”

Norton v. Shelby County, 118 U.S. 425, 1886: “An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation as though it had never been passed.”

Additionally, your state’s constitution may have a clause guaranteeing gun ownership. I know that at least a couple emphatically state that the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. Others say so, too, but with a caveot or two.

And, if state legislatures can choose to ignore federal drug laws and legalize, say, marijuana; or, refuse to enforce federal immigration laws (did some one say “sanctuary”) – they can also refuse to ignore federal gun laws. “States rights” have been a bone of contention since the founding of our country.

    • hippybiker October 4, 2019, 11:18 am

The only entities mentioned in the Constitution that have rights are the people. The Feds and the States have powers as do the people, respectively!

    • Gadawg October 4, 2019, 11:33 am

The founders recognized that to limit Federal over reach, that state rights and sovereignty would prevail within the borders of each state. Case in point-Contrast California to Missouri regarding gun rights, gun ownership, and ammo purchases.

  • Jesse H Scott III October 4, 2019, 6:24 am

You gonna need to buy a lot more illegal alien votes to make up for the millions of gun owners who will vote for Trump

  • G Eversole October 4, 2019, 6:12 am

Would love to hear how much he proposes to pay for a $500 AR and a $3,200 AR

    • Bob Gee October 4, 2019, 3:14 pm

He means to take them the same way the government takes private property (real estate) for public works… by “eminent domain.” Translated: The government pays you what THEY say it’s worth or they confiscate it.

  • Thomas Davis October 4, 2019, 6:03 am

Joe Biteme has no idea what he “wants”….he doesn’t even really know what words are falling out of his pie-hole from moment to moment

  • SuperG October 3, 2019, 10:35 am

He had to jump on the anti-gun bandwagon in order to keep the far Left happy. But if, because of the collusion between the media and the Democrat owned corporations, they manage to install one into office, there will be a civil war.

  • Mike V October 3, 2019, 12:38 am

I’ve thought for awhile that a plan like this was going to be how things worked out. We’ll see.

  • john sabin October 2, 2019, 7:47 pm

what kind of weed does this guy smoke??? REALLY!!

  • Jaque October 2, 2019, 7:33 pm

Any lawmaker who develops legislation or campaigns in opposition to their oath of office, specifically in opposition to the Second Amendment are unfit to hold public office. The Second Amendment is clear. Most 12 year olds understand the words and meaning.

  • SeppW October 2, 2019, 5:02 pm

This scheme has zE-Ro affect on criminals, but a huge effect for law–abiding citizens. I guess these socialist a-holes think most of us get up the morning with the intent to gun down people for no apparent reason.

Likely Biden will drop out eventually. He can’t survive what’s about to befall him him and his slacker son.
