Biden Ordered ATF to Get His ‘Ghost Guns’ For Press Conference

Uncategorized

Intrepid investigative journalist Emily Miller is currently working on a story on how president Joe Biden obtained so-called “ghost guns” for a press conference at the White House in April when his administration announced that it would be regulating certain gun parts and kits as traditional firearms.

Thus far she’s done five installments.

Miller’s findings suggest that the ATF used taxpayer dollars to purchase “ghost guns” for the April press conference at the Rose Garden and that federal agents who transported the gun parts and kits to the White House may have violated a city ordinance that prohibits the possession of “ghost guns” in the District.

Miller has used the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to obtain internal documents and exchanges between the Secret Service and the ATF.

It’s an interesting story and you can check out her latest update in the video embedded above.  You can also follow her page, “Emily Posts News.”

I’m an American and I totally believe there’s a time and place for everyone and everything. Concerning our government who works for us the people of America. Some of you seem to have forgotten that. Our taxes not only are supposed to help our country but in turn pay Your salaries. Please remember that.

Ben franklin famously stated “if thats what the law says, then the law is an ass!” Hey, thats also an old term for donkey. Hey, term is the word used for prison time.

This is the saddest, most pathetic attempt to disparage an administration that I could even imagine. Then the comments come! SMH

It appears to be a work in progress… you’re really a pathetic troll. Go help Biden with his warm milk and rest time

I would really like to see the ATF welcome investigative reporters to actually see those 2,700 ghost guns they said they seized. I suspect that they included pistols that criminals ground the serial numbers off of. This would give the ATF much more credibility because federal law enforcement is having a trust problem right now. I would let reporters and/or members of Congress be witnesses to their claims.

More concerning is that DC has made those parts illegal. This should be fought.

Laws don’t apply to democrats. I wonder about the response had Trump done this?

No one dislikes this administration’s policies anymore than I do. That being said this story is a non event. Almost every single state statute I have ever read involving weapons had an exemption for Federal Law Enforcement, DOD and military personnel in the performance of their duties. Even if there was no exemption there is absolutely nothing that will be done about this. The investigative reporter is waisting their time. With everything that this administration is doing wrong this what we concentrate on?

Tim is spot on. Nothing to see here. Go get something that would be worthwhile – There is plenty out there.

Missed the whole point, Tim. The ATF commented that it had seized over 2700 ‘ghost guns’–which would have left one to expect to see evidence tags on the exemplars….But, they bought new stuff with tax payers dollars just to put something in the President’s hands. It makes you wonder where the seized guns are…does that help? It’s not about ATF or LE exemptions…it’s about the lunacy of tyranny.

Y’all forget this one major principal embedded in career politicians:

Rules for Us, and Rules for Them.

For sure they have staffing issues in the FOIA section. The initial response to my request was obviously intended for someone else. Four months and waiting on my request that could be answered in 10 minutes.

you’re missing the point that you’re not talking about you might know it but ghost guns are for yourself so you buy this and you have a gun for yourself that has no serial numbers on it you are not supposed to sell that gun that puts you in manufacturing and you got to have a different permit from the ATF to manufacture guns and they have to have serial numbers on them so you can’t legally buy a ghost gun because that’s against the rules not on what lie it is but it’s against the rules you really need to get that in your story because if they bought them they broke the rules and they should be prosecuted for it.

    • Arby October 27, 2022, 11:13 am

Not true. You can sell them, you just can’t produce them specifically for sale. If you build one and decide you no longer want it, it’s perfectly legal to sell it. And assuming the other party can legally own a firearm, it’s legal for them to purchase it as well.

    • cartmanea October 28, 2022, 3:21 am

Wow, form sentences, seriously. Why did you even bother with the period at the end?

  • Laddyboy October 26, 2022, 11:24 am

SO! pRESIDENT biden and the AFT/ATF BROKE the LAW by bringing FIREARMS and PARTS ILLEGALLY into Washington DC.

    • Arby October 27, 2022, 11:15 am

No, he directed others to break the law under color of authority, which may be worse. One also wonders if “straw purchase” applies?

      • Fal Phil October 28, 2022, 9:53 am

        Not to mention conspiracy.

    • Boz October 27, 2022, 12:39 pm

David Gregory set the precedent for that when he held an “illegal” 30-round magazine on Iive tv while in the D.C. border. Nothing happened to him. Lib privilege and all.
