The video above comes from Project Veritas Action, the group of undercover journalists who are attempting to reveal Hillary Clinton’s real agenda when it comes to, among other issues, our right to keep and bear arms.

In this video released by Project Veritas Action, James O’Keefe exposes Hillary Clinton’s plan to ban all guns through an executive order. In the video, James O’Keefe attends a private top donor campaign fundraiser for Democratic Senate candidate Russ Feingold. He attended the fundraiser the same day that a Project Veritas journalist was burned in the Feingold campaign.
While at the fundraiser, which was hosted by Clinton friend and donor Amy Rao, a Project Veritas journalist spoke with former Senator Feingold and his donors about gun control. When asked what Hillary Clinton would do about the Second Amendment, Feingold said without hesitation, “Well, there might be an executive order.”
If I’m being honest, I’m a bit torn by the revelatory importance of these videos. On one hand, we already know Hillary Clinton is a rabidly anti-gun presidential candidate who poses an existential threat to the Second Amendment! Don’t we?
If elected, she will appoint gun-grabbing justices to the Supreme Court. She will support legislation in Congress that would cripple one’s right to keep and bear arms. She will use executive fiat to enact measures that chill one’s 2A rights. We know all this, right? At present, Clinton’s anti-gun agenda shouldn’t be news to anyone who even moderately supports the 2A. So, these videos don’t really show or tell us anything we didn’t already know.

On the other hand, these videos do provide a glimpse into the opinions of the flippant and uninformed Hillary donors and supporters who are completely clueless when it comes to gun rights and gun ownership in this country. It’s good to see who we’re up against and the specious arguments they iterate to foist the anti-gun agenda. Plus, and to sort of contradict my earlier point, when it comes to evidence to expose Clinton for the corrupt, anti-Constitution candidate she is, I suppose we can never have enough because there are still voters out there, presumably many non-gun owners, who remain unconvinced about her ambition to limit basic rights and individual freedoms.
Speaking of additional evidence, there is a Clinton campaign email that was uncovered by Wikileaks that shows Clinton press secretary Brain Fallon talking about Hillary’s goal of pushing gun control via executive fiat. Dated Oct. 4, 2015, Fallon wrote:
Circling back around on guns as a follow up to the Friday morning discussion: the Today show has indicated they definitely plan to ask bout guns, and so to have the discussion be more of a news event than her previous times discussing guns, we are going to background reporters tonight on a few of the specific proposals she would support as President – universal background checks of course, but also closing the gun show loophole by executive order and imposing manufacturer liability.
Now, again, none of this should come as a surprise for those familiar with the Hillary platform. What’s interesting, though, is that Obama actually tried to close the putative “gun show loophole” by executive action last January (He probably got the idea from Hillary). Did it work? No, not really. Private sellers can still sell to private buyers without having to go to an FFL to get a background check.
What Obama did was try to put more scrutiny on private transactions with the threat that if the ATF can prove one is “engaged in the business” of selling firearms, which requires a license and a mandate to perform background check of prospective purchasers, one may be punished by up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
This is exactly the approach Fallon was hinting at in the email about the “Today Show.” To corroborate this suggestion, an Oct. 5, 2015, article from CNN contains the following:
If Congress won’t act Clinton “will take administrative action to require that any person attempting to sell a significant number of guns be deemed ‘in the business’ of selling firearms,” the aide said, meaning they will fall under background check laws.
As mentioned, Obama tried this approach and failed. Of course, that’s not all he’s tried over the years. The following were all efforts his administration made to chill gun rights while he sat in the oval office: mandatory reporting of gun sales for border-state gun sellers, the ATF’s attempt to reclassify (ban!) green tip ammo, those costly ITAR license requirements and fees for recreational gunsmiths and hobbyists, just to name a few.
Undoubtedly, Hillary will pick up where Obama left off and leave no stone unturned when it comes to dreaming up ways to attack the 2A. For me, that’s no more obvious today than it was yesterday before I reviewed all this new evidence. She’s bad, bad news. Help spread the word to those who still yet need convincing.
Hillary has done many things that are due to very poor judgement. Her actions were seriously wrong and some were detrimental to national security, such as, while she was Secretary of State, her obvious mishandling of classified State Department emails. Her lack of any action during the attack on the U.S. Embassy in Benghazi very clearly showed her lack of leadership and caused the horrific deaths of four people. Hillary now feels that she is qualified to be Commander in Chief and has the ability to protect the entire United States. Hillary prefers to have “open borders” so millions of illegal aliens and probably terrorists could enter the U.S. and become Democrat voters. Hillary believes the terrorists in Guantanamo should be released and Guantanamo should be given to Communist Cuba. Hillary’s actions described above absolutely do not qualify her to be president !!
Also, and we are looking at the character and judgement of someone who hopes to be president, Hillary and Bill stole many items from the White House at the end of Bill’s presidency and had to be ordered to return the items. It is ludicrous that a person of this caliber should be elected president. Hillary and Bill were totally dishonest. Bill had sexual activities in the Oval Office and was impeached for lies, if I am correct, and now Hillary and Bill want to move back to the White House with the power of a president. Surely he would be Hillary’s main advisor even after his presidential sexual activities and impeachment. The United States deserves much better than this !!

Yes, any such legislation, to “cripple the right to keep and bear arms,”would be unconstitutional… as long as the Supreme Court interprets the 2nd Amendment as referring specifically to INDIVIDUAL rights. The instant the Supreme Court is stocked with liberal justices who change that interpretation to refer only to COLLECTIVE ownership rights (and that is absolutely possible – and it has a very practical real-world likelihood to occur – if Hillary is elected), gun rights for all American private citizens will indeed be crippled.
At any one time out here in the real world, laws are exactly as constitutional or unconstitutional as the Supreme Court declares…

What people should be concerned with beyond Hillary Clinton’s admitted attempts to curtail or eliminate the 2nd amendment rights of Americans is her propensity to impose by fiat any manner of rules and regulations and indeed laws on her fellow citizens. Mrs. Clinton doesn’t consider the rest of us as “fellow” citizens. She considers us to be subjects to be “ruled” by “The First Woman President of the United States of America” as she has shouted out at rallies.

An assessment of Hillary’s qualifications to be president of the United States would be DISMAL !!!! Think about the qualifications of her supporters described below !!!! If a deranged Hillary and her rotten supporters try to usurp the Constitution and Second Amendment and there is no attempt by government or courts to stop Hillary and supporters, Americans who support the Constitution may have no choice other than forcefully resisting to save the United States.

Perhaps you should ask those gun owners in California, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and other states that have their 2nd Amendment rights crippled, if it’s all Bullshit. Ask them what happened when they attempted to have these unconstitutional laws nullified in court. they will tell you how the Federal Appellate court upheld the law even after saying the law would not prevent any crimes. Then the Supreme Court, without Justice Scalia refused to here the case. Here is a better idea, why not try to look up the facts and extrapolate what the danger is if Hillary Clinton is able to not only enact unconstitutional executive order but load the Supreme Court with a majority of liberal Justices that will support those orders.
