Cox on Defeating Hillary: ‘Fight like the third monkey on the ramp to Noah’s Ark’

2nd Amendment – R2KBA Authors Current Events S.H. Blannelberry This Week

With their hearts they turned to each other’s heart for refuge / In the troubled years that came before the deluge — Jackson Browne, “Before the Deluge

While the battle over gun control in this country has always burned hot, it’s about to reach surface-of-the-sun-level proportions. The 2016 presidential election is huge! The next POTUS will not only use the bully pulpit to set the tone as to how the Executive Branch views the Second Amendment but he or she will also change the composition of the Supreme Court by presumably selecting the Justice to replace the recently deceased Antonin Scalia.

If it’s Trump who declares victory come November, well, gun owners will breathe a collective sigh of relief as The Don has told the gun community, “I won’t let you down” and promised to appoint a relatively conservative and pro-gun Supreme Court Justice, which means the balance of the court will remain a 5-4 majority in favor of gun rights. If it’s Hillary who wins this fall, then we’re in trouble. Deep trouble.

At the 2016 NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits, this point was not lost on the organization’s leadership. Chris Cox, the NRA-ILA executive director, made it abundantly clear that the stakes are higher than they’ve ever been.

“It’s that simple and that clear — the next president chooses the fifth justice, so the Second Amendment is on the ballot in November,” declared Cox. “The end of our freedom really is that close and Hillary Clinton knows it. If she wins the presidency, she will use every tool at her disposal to destroy what we believe in.”

What Cox fears, what the vast majority of gun owners fear, is that with a left-leaning, Hillary Clinton appointee on the bench the landmark Heller decision — which affirmed that the Second Amendment is an individual right, not connected to militia service — will be on the chopping block. As Hillary has said with respect to Heller, “The Supreme Court got it wrong on the Second Amendment.”

If Heller is overturned or changed by a 5-4 anti-gun majority, that would mark the beginning of the end of the Second Amendment. Cox broke it down in his speech.

“Here’s what will happen if she’s elected. She’ll put a radical, anti-gun activist in Scalia’s seat as soon as she can. The gun-control groups will take a Second Amendment case to the Supreme Court, where five justices will overturn what millions of Americans have fought and died to defend — the basic human right of self-defense,” explained Cox.

“And as soon as the ruling clears, states like California, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut will ban the manufacture and ownership of entire classes of firearms overnight,” he continued.

“Every gun store in those states will be out of business. Every gun range, shuttered. Hundreds of thousands of people in the firearms business will lose their jobs. And as bad as that sounds, it’s just the beginning. It ends with no right to own a gun in your own home, anywhere in America, period,” concluded Cox.

While one may dismiss Cox’s assessment as being overly cynical, it’s actually not out of the realm of possibility. In her stump speeches around the country, Clinton never acknowledges that the 2A is at its core a right to (a) defend against government tyranny and (b) protect one’s natural right to self-defense. From her perspective, the Second Amendment is a European-style privilege concerned with protecting sportsmen, hobbyists, and collectors.

As she said in a speech in Dunmore last month, “I know how important gun ownership, and particularly hunting, is here in northeastern Pennsylvania,” noting that “responsible gun owners” have to support her anti-gun agenda by acknowledging, “’This has nothing to do with my guns, my hunting, my sport shooting, my collecting.'”

By insinuating the 2A is about hunting deer and shooting clays and collecting heirlooms — and not about self-defense and keeping tyrannical governments in check — Clinton is paving the way for a paradigmatic shift in the way the courts and the public view the Second Amendment. Instead of seeing it as a right necessary for the security of a free state, Clinton intends for us to view gun ownership as a hobby with no other deeper purpose than its recreational associations. Basically, just like they do in most of Europe and Australia — where guns are largely banned and concealed carry rights are nonexistent.

So, as Mr. Cox said in his speech, the time to come together and fight is now!

“You’re here, anyway. Because you feel the fierce urgency American patriots have always felt: either we put the burden of saving this country on our backs right here, right now — or we lose it forever,” exclaimed Cox.

“Folks, it’s time to fight like the third monkey on the ramp to Noah’s Ark. And if you’re ready to do that, you’re in good company,” he added.

All I can say is that if the Hillary deluge comes, hopefully, gun owners don’t end up like that third monkey. We all know what happened to that third monkey.

Did anyone see the poor fool with the Hillary shirt at 10:50?

Great speach that everyone should hear.

With all the comments about 2A and the reasoning that is used to support it or not it is interesting to read the comments of the Founding Fathers who put these amendments in place and see their thinking behind the situation.

For example: “A free people ought not only be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from who might attempt to abuse them, which includes their own government.” President George Washington..

“Two enemies of the people are criminals and the government, so let us tie down the second with chains of the constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first”

We continually argue about just what the founders actually meant to say but it appears pretty clear to me. Going back to the words that they used in the context that they gave them is very interesting when reading the opinions of the present generations.

Forgot to include the author of the second comment, none other than Thomas Jefferson.

“Clinton never acknowledges that the 2A is at its core a right to (a) defend against government tyranny”.

    That’s because it isn’t.

The Constitution provides ways of changing even itself through the vote. Force is not an option. An armed insurrection was tried and had to be suppressed at terrible human cost, but suppressed it was, and will be the moment it arises again.

This might have a sobering effect: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2385

[“Clinton never acknowledges that the 2A is at its core a right to (a) defend against government tyranny”.]

      “That’s because it isn’t.”

NO! It is there to fight against tyranny! It IS what those corrupt demoncraps and rinos do fear.
They want to rule over us as lords and ladies. They want to make as their serfs and slaves!
We want to live our lives and not be bothered so much by governmental interference and our RIGHT to KEEP AND BEAR ARMS is what holds these scum at bay!

Now, I ask you to not come on here again, you cheese eating surrender monkey!

Hello there blog writers and visitors of gunsamerica.com. My name is Christian, I’m living in Berlin, Germany and I’m 26 years old. Although my English is well it is obviously not my mother tongue, so please forgive me for any mistake, especially for the comma usage.

I found this website months ago by accident and I love to come back here every once in a while just to see the pictures of all the guns that are on sale because I love tactical video games with realistic guns. So bad that I cannot have a real gun though. Anyway, I’m also coming here to see the newest blog entries, especially in your fight for freedom, against Hillary and her destruction of the 2nd amendment. I was always thinking of commenting on one of your blogs but always refused it, as I saw myself as an outsider, as I’m not allowed to own any gun where I live and for not being an American as well. So I thought I should keep myself at bay. But today I do believe I should comment because that sentence of Mr. Cox really encouraged me to do so. And I just decided to write this down here under this blog entry also. Dear administrator, please forgive me about that but I’m really serious and I think someone had to write this here (and I’m especially sorry for the fact that it has become very much text). If you don’t want to publish it I won’t mind but will even respect your decision to delete it so don’t worry about that!

The first thing I want to say is that I do support a 2nd amendment of rights, although I’m neither living in America nor am I American myself. I do understand the importance of defending yourself. You have to know my hometown Berlin is like what some comments in various blog entries said about Chicago. Maybe it is even worse I don’t know. Never drive a subway at night as a white guy without having some good combat knifes with yourself in Berlin. Here in Germany, or whole European Union if that matters, we neither can defend ourselves against our own governments and their fascist dictatorship actions, neither can we defend ourselves right now against the INVADERS that are coming towards us, to the lands of the disbelievers as they call us. Now, I see every peaceful Jew, Christian and Muslim as my brother and sister as, besides all the violent history we had and still have with each other, we do in the end all believe into the same God. I know some of you might shake your heads because of this but I’m really serious. But I have absolutely no understanding for people that come to our country not for receiving help (which I would support) but for stealing, raping and murdering the people that live here since the dawn of time. The biggest event happened in the last New Years Eve night where so many of these bastards attacked women, trying to touch their genitals and breasts and trying to rape them in plenty of German cities like Köln (Cologne). From what I’ve heard it was like a civil war going on. I heard other non-German but European cities had the same horrible night to suffer, for example Salzburg, Austria.

When I heard about that a few days after (our fascist government tried to hide this in the media but thanks to the social media web pages and to the front soldiers of the Pegida movement it became public!) I immediately received the following thought in my head:

“If we would have a 2nd amendment like the Americans this would have never happened to us because then these bastards would have never had the guts to attack our women like that!”

And yes, in America things like that are impossible, at least from what I’ve heard so far, because everybody could be armed. So I wish we would have a 2nd amendment of rights too. But our chancellor IM ERIKA (Angela Merkel’s real name when she was a STASI spy during the time of the GDR) is of course against it. She wants nothing more than to do a big Holocaust. Not to the Jews this time but to us, all the people of Germany together! I don’t know what kind of goal she sees in all of this, I mean we are the ones that go to work and pay taxes and these barbaric invaders would never ever work a single second. They have the IQ of a fly anyway. And again, they can only do this because we do not have a 2nd amendment of rights as you American people have.

That’s why I do support your fight against gun control, against Hillary Clinton (I also would vote for Trump if I could) and against all the ones that try to destroy your freedom by taking your guns away. Now, I myself don’t see me as someone from the right-wing, conservative and something like this nor do I like American military actions in the world that are also one of the many reasons so many people right now are flooding Europe but I do understand how important are guns to defend yourself and your family from all that wants to try to harm you, regardless what kind of way this might be.

So, like Mr. Cox, I, as a supporter of your views, want to show you with my words that you are not alone in America but that you have supporters outside of America as well, who dream to have the same rights like you guys have. And, just as Mr. Cox already did, I want to tell you to fight. Not just like the 3rd monkey for Noah’s Arch but like Judas the Maccabee, the holy soldier and defender of Israel from the 2 Maccabee books which are part of the apocrypha in the Bible’s Old Testament. He fought by the sword to keep Israel and especially the city of Jerusalem free of pagan invaders (just someone we right now need in Europe so badly) that only wanted to bring hate and destruction to God’s Holy Land. Yes, dear users of gunsamerica.com, you HAVE to fight. And I do believe that you already do so for good. This blog even helps non-American people like me to be informed about the truth: That guns were always part of human history and that they are not bad in nature but needed for pure self-defense. Even the Bible tells us this:

Matthew chapter 26 verse 52: “All who take the sword will die by the sword.”

Now think about this: If someone takes a sword (the bad guy) and therefore shall die by the sword, then this means nothing else than some of the good guys have to take a sword as well to defend himself and the others against the bad guys! So even the Bible is writing a good point for having a 2nd amendment and these were Jesus words he received from God. God knows that Satan is everywhere so he wants his children to arm and secure themselves. Hillary is Satan for me. Trump may not be the best guy in the world but just as many already wrote here in various blogs Hillary would be the end of freedom and the beginning of a dark era of a Satanic government.

So I only can say how much I do support you guys but right here in Germany my hands are tied and no party at all, not even our right-extremist German parties, ever considered a German 2nd amendment as a topic to talk about. Europe will never receive this freedom like you guys at the other side of the Atlantic have. Unfortunately due to massive governmental propaganda the people here are too brainwashed and too stupid to see the truth anyway and they even happily clap with their hands to their own downfall and death. That’s why I only can tell you here how much I do support your fight against Hillary. And I want to be honest with you guys (and ladies if there are): If Hillary should become the new president and the anti-gun lobby will take over your country then the only option you have left will be a non-democratic one: To fight with your guns, defend your home with brute force against any governmental entry and to even pay with your life for freedom and for the security and freedom of your wife/husband and children.

Now, I am not pro-violence nor am I here to say “Yeah, let’s make a violent revolution”. At first this would be against the law (especially the German one) and also against my own ethics. If I would be an American and would own guns than I would use them for pure self-defense only. I could not hunt in reality as well because although I love to eat meat I cannot kill any kind of animal myself, I just can’t. And I do seriously believe that most of you guys are just like that as well. No gun-crazed maniacs with a low IQ-level like Eric Harris or Cho Song-Hui (I’m getting to this in the next passage) but responsible people because having a gun it is highly needed to be responsible with no doubt. The only ones out there in America with a low IQ-level are right now in politics, especially Hillary. She is a dictator for sure and you know why I say this? Because two weeks ago or so I saw another blog entry on this page where her daughter (I didn’t knew she has one) even talked against guns. So just because she is a daughter of a politician she is already allowed to be in politics and might claim a high position if Hillary should win the American votes? This is big trouble for sure. Normally only dictatorships and kingdoms (both are the same to me) do have a right of inheritance in politics. Can you call this democracy? Of course not but it reminds me of the democracy we right now have in Germany: Not a democracy but a fascist dictatorship that even doesn’t mind of not hiding its evil tendencies and goals.

One of my dreams is to visit Colorado because I want to visit the Columbine High School memorial. I do understand that the people there, especially the ones that have been directly hit by that massacre 17 years ago, as well as the ones in modern school massacres like Virginia Tech and Roseburg, aren’t friends of the right to own guns or friends of the NRA if that matters. But I always say it like this: If guns would be fully allowed, no matter what Mr. “Yes we can” sais, then Eric and Dylan would have never gotten this far to slaughter all those poor children in their schools library (including the two children and the teacher outside of the library). To one of them, Cassie Bernall, I have a strong feeling toward because I have read her mother’s book. I wish she would still be alive. It’s not because of her martyr story (there are two told ways of how she died and in both she died as a martyr of God though) but because I have a strong feeling that she was a great girl. And if she, and all the other poor victims that died on that horrible day, would have had a gun, she could still be alive today. The tip of her right little finger has been shot away by Eric’s shotgun because even during her last seconds she tried to fight for her own survival and tried to shove the shotgun away from her head. Now imagine what Cassie could have done if she would have had a gun as well! She and all the others must cry in heaven when new souls of children go up. When they ask them “Why are you already here?” and they answer “We have been shot at school.” Cassie and all the others must cry for sure because we have not learnt from our mistakes. One of those many mistakes was to NOT allow guns to be freely carried at school. Cassie and all the others should have been the only victims of something like that and the fact that they are not scares me very much. I hope to visit her grave at the Golden Cemetery one day.

Now, Hillary and her democrats are the ones that allow others to be killed in senseless massacres like Columbine. And as her ex-husband Bill was ruling the USA during Columbine imagine what will happen during the possible reign of Hillary! Voting for Hillary is, in my personal opinion, to spray your hands with blood yourself. And just like Mr. Cox I also want to tell you again, I know I start to repeat myself but I’m quite finished, to fight so goddamn hard. Inform the people on the streets, try to talk with them even if it seems to make no sense, and try to “convert” as many Americans as possible to vote for the Republicans this year. You got my support, right here from that forsaken city of Berlin in a forsaken European country named Germany!

Thank you very much for reading. And I wish you good luck and God’s grace during the coming votes for the future of the USA!

Christian, I think you’re a very good person and I feel for you and your people in Germany.
Since the AfD has taken political hold in Germany, I do hope that everything begins getting a lot better for you and everyone else soon.
Perhaps they will institute a self defense and arms law for all German citizens so that you all may defend yourselves and be rid of your government sanctioned muslim invaders.

Keep safe and do not give up on taking Germany back from the EU and those traitors within your borders.

      • Christian May 28, 2016, 4:56 am

Hello Steve, thank you very much for your nice respond! Yes, you are absolutely right, the AfD is our biggest hope these days and they got my vote for the Berlin votes in autumn this year, as well as for the big parliamentary votes 2017. There is no other party that is so important for us. Before that I was always voting very small parties, that in Berlin mostly just received a couple of votes, just to make sure that I won’t vote for one of the big traitor parties that destroy this country, because not voting at all (like unfortunately many German people today do because they are so desperate) would mean to weaken the small parties and so to strengthen the big parties as well. Finally, with the AfD we have a party that is against the German situation as well as being intelligent but not a dumb extremist party like the NPD.

I personally doubt that the AfD would allow us to have a right to own guns for self-defense. For that we need a real constitution first as the “Grundgesetz” we have is not a constitution according to its last § 146. But the funny thing is we have a constitutional court in the city of Karlsruhe that sees the “Grundgesetz” as a constitution although it sais itself that its not! This is all built on lies and I do hope so much that the AfD will receive enough votes so that they can clean up the mess. During his time I thought chancellor Schröder was already a bad guy to us but oh boy, he is an angel compared to Merkel!

And I tell you one thing: If the AfD will not at least receive as many votes for the parliament to become a huge opposition against the other parties, then maybe the only option I see is to get the Hell out of here. I just wonder where, as Europe might be lost, if things continue to be like that, and your country might be not good to choose as well, if Hillary shall make it. The next years will be globally important. But you are right, giving up is not an option! For example in their propaganda media they always declared Pegida dead but they are still marching every Monday in many German cities from what I know. I was in the Berlin movement of them for a long time but after they split up from Pegida and I found out that the Berlin leaders just want to build their own form of a dictatorship (I personally knew them and their behind walls words they’ve said) I left. I hate this splitting up from everybody and everybody is doing his own stuff instead of fighting united for one goal!

Again Steve, thank you very much for your encouraging words! Let us both continue the fight, each one in his country! I know that you guys here are doing great!

You need to update the hypothetical: What would have happened if the third monkey had a gun? I don’t think it would have gotten its feet wet. Hopefully the 3rd monkey would not have to use the gun to ensure its own survivial but it obviously must be prepared to do so. If the monkey had allowed authorities to strip it of its Rights to own a gun, the authorities ultimately control the life or death of the monkey.

If you are disarmed “peacefully” by the papers of tyrants: you will be unarmed for the War that follows.
