Deloma Stone is a 15-year veteran with the Detroit Police Department. On Monday night the 38-year-old officer was arrested for carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohol at a bar in the city, local media reports.

Batoul Lossia of Detroit’s Golden Greek bar said this isn’t the first time Stone has patronized the establishment.

“Three times and all three times, it was a headache,” Lossia told MyFoxDetroit.

During this most recent visit, Stone claimed she won $20,000 playing Keno. When the bartender told her that she didn’t, confirming that her ticket was not a winner, she became unruly.

“She said we stole her ticket we didn’t steal her ticket because she was drunk,” Lossia said.

Stone then followed one of the bartenders into a bathroom and punched the bartender in the neck.

“Be careful don’t punch me I’ll call the cops on you,” Lossia said her bartender exclaimed.

Forced with no other option, Lossia called the police. Once they arrived, they confronted their peer. Not only was she intoxicated — her BAC was .14, according to a breathalyzer test — but she was carrying a department-issued handgun in her purse.

Sadly, it appears that Stone is no stranger to controversy. As MyFoxDetroit noted:

Last summer she was arrested when she got drunk, threw a brick through someone’s window. When police showed up, they found her pistol was in her pocket book.

And Stone can’t seem to escape the controversy. A couple of years ago – someone broke into her Eastpointe home and she was forced to shoot in self-defense.

She was also caught up in the domestic drama that lead to the demotion of Cmdr. James Moore.

Stone was officially charged with possession of a firearm while being under the influence Thursday. It’s a misdemeanor that carries a maximum sentence of 93-days in jail. She was released on a $100 bond and is due back in court on April 14 at 9 a.m

As far as her job is concerned, she’s been suspended with pay for the time being.

So its ok for police to commit felonies while in possesion of a firearm but when any other citizen does they loose their RIGHT to own a firearm

Ok, that just blows to crap all the things we have ever held dear. An officer of the law should never be so drunk that they cannot carry their firearm. I guess all my favorite movies must be redone–? Question: “How many times has a LE shot someone that did not need to be shot just because the LE was drinking adult beverages?” My guess–almost never.

As a former Infantry soldier, I commend our Law Enforcement Officers throughout our great country. Of course there are bad cops. Of course these cops use their badge to terrorize regular citizens. Are we going to condemn the nation’s police officers because of the actions of a few? The problem I have is the good old boy network covering for them.

It’s got to make you wonder, doesn’t it?

About time! As a former CA Deputy ,MANY “cops” are DRUNKS, and USE their Badge to terrorize the public (IE “act out” MORE than average citizens). Affirmative action and sex perversion PREFERENCE is DESTROYING those that are supposed “Represent” US, The one who CONSENT to be over us. FIRE them when they screw up! Just a thought; “is this the final reason the Department could use?” It’s nearly impossible to get rid of the bad “politically correct”. . . :=)
UNIONS DESTROY CIVIL SERVICE – even the idiots FDR and Kennedy knew that!

Hmmm…let’s see. Concealed carry while under the influence, concealed carry in a liquor establishment, assault on the bartender, abusive language in a public venue…and the bond is only $100.00?..then get a 60 day, paid vacation on the taxpayers pocketbook? 4 misdemeanor charges, or is it 3 misdemeanors and 1 felony charge?
Something stinks in Detroit, and it isn’t the effluent in the river. Let’s hope GA does a followup on this at tax time.

You can bet this good lookin chick has some serious goods on the upper ranks. I lived it and saw the coverups and promotions of some of the most incompetent officers who had “other qualifications”.

There are good cops and bad cops just as there are good and bad people everywhere but it is a shame the bad cop stories are alway’s brought to people’s attention and so many good stories get little or no attention! Overall they do a wondeful job and just think where we would be without them willing to do thier jobs!

Every week we get a story of some cop gunning down a defenseless citizen, It’s like a war on civilians. I would love to hear some good cop stories. You should start a blog. I would read it.

I’m thinking cops are to be respected and complied with.
I also think that maybe someone linked to our domestic terrorist and chief is hiring unqualified and in fact, dangerously incompetent LEO’s
That way they can air their fuckups all over the news in order to cause people to think our police are incompetent and are unable to enforce the law.
That way he can call in the U.N. to police all you helpless naive citizens.
You will love these foreigners way of keeping you in line. And you wont have firearms to protect yourself.
You will find yourselves begging to have them back.
Start thinking real soon about how you treat our police.

These are the stories and articles I see S.H. BLANNELBERRY post most often, and have practically been begging him to stop.
