GunsAmerica Bi-Weekly Giveaways: Are You Entered to Win?

Authors Rapid Fire S.H. Blannelberry This Week
I love that "Star Wars" character, what's his name again?

The combat wallet with Star Trek money clip.  It’s an $80 value, and we’re giving it away!

We’ve started to run bi-weekly giveaways (every two weeks) on our GunsAmerica social media pages, specifically Instagram and Facebook!

It’s really, really easy to enter. All you have to do is visit Instagram or Facebook and follow the simple instructions on the page. In nutshell, you have to “like” our page, share the post, tag two friends (using the @) and comment “done” on the post. Once those simple steps are complete, you’re entered to win the prize! Like I said, it’s easy!

This week we are giving away a Black Carbon Fiber Combat Wallet and Titanium money clip from Hell-bent Holsters. I reviewed the wallet last week, you can check out the details here. It’s an $80 value. It’s really nice.

The winner or the SIG Brace, Robert Rouse! Congrats!

The winner or the SIG Brace, Robert Rouse! Congrats!

The week prior we gave away a SIG Brace. We had 120 entrants into the contest and the lucky winner was Robert Rouse from Corpus Christi, Texas. Rouse, a former Marine, was thrilled to learn that he had won the SIG Brace.

“Outstanding! Thank you! I never win anything so this is pretty sweet!” said Rouse, in a message via Facebook.”

“You guys just made my best friend’s day! Glad Robert Rouse won the Sig brace!! He could use the positive news!!” said David Price, Rouse’s buddy, via Facebook.

We love to hear that! And we love to spread the love. So, please check out the contest.

(Currently, I think we only have about 10 entrants for the Combat Wallet, so, odds are pretty good if you enter.)

Need one as soon as they become available. Like the look of it. I think that people should be able to express their opinion on what ever subject they wish. My only objection would be keep to the subject matter, i.e., weapons, which is what this sight is about.

120 entries last week. Thats hilarious! Im sure many thousands of people read these blogs, that just shows that people like us hate social media and the vast majority will never enter.

  • G.Glenn November 2, 2015, 7:35 am

STAR TREK , and I hate facebook and don’t even want to know what instagram is.

    • Scott November 2, 2015, 3:08 pm

I despise FB too. It’s like setting yourself as a target to both the sides.

  • Sundowner November 2, 2015, 7:20 am

Hey! Us old guys don’t use social media that much? So why not include plan old eMail…we probable buy more stuff than all of the social media guys anyway.

    • Dave Hicks November 5, 2015, 9:20 am

Sundowner I agree. That way you can block the e-mails you don’t want. Yes that’s a STAR WARS logo NOT STAR TREK. Gene Roddenberry and James T. Kirk not to mention Spock where light years ahead .

I personally believe social media is a cancer on our society for a number of reasons. Too bad GA feels a ‘Like’ is more important than a subscription.

    • JT November 2, 2015, 7:43 am

AGREED! In my opinion, nothing good has ever come out of social media. On top of that, I’m not 12, so a Star Wars money clip really doesn’t float my boat.

  • Robert Pettus November 2, 2015, 6:35 am

    thanks

  • MC November 2, 2015, 3:16 am

Sadly, those of us *not* into social media sites, are left out.

    • John November 2, 2015, 9:56 am

And it’s become unbelievably popular as a marketing tool…as well as something I’ll resist through my dying breath. Just more “free” info for the gov’t to exploit.

  • Will Drider November 1, 2015, 11:14 pm

A “chance” to win giveaway items at the cost of giving friends e-addresses to who knows how many mailing and future spam lists. NO THANKS,

  • James November 1, 2015, 2:42 pm

Darth Vader is in Star Wars, not Star Trek.

    • Scott November 2, 2015, 3:06 pm

      That’s pretty obvious
