IWI is an Israeli company that builds military grade weapons for people just like you and me.  Most people associate IWI with the Tavor SAR16. But the rifles are just one of the tricks IWI has up its sleeve. They also make pistols. The Jericho has been known by a few different names and, and they’ve been imported by Mossberg, Magnum research, and KBI–but now IWI is handling things themselves. So the Jericho is back, and it has the full weight of IWI behind it.

Speaking of weight–we’re taking a look at a full-sized, steel framed, 9mm workhorse. There’s more steel in the Jericho 941 F than there is in a 2015 Ford F-150. If you have had your fill of the anorexic plastic pistols that have dominated 2015, this sledgehammer may be just what you need.

How does it shoot?

Shooting the full sized steel 941 is a lot like shooting a competition handgun. The gun is heavy, which means recoil is tame. The trigger pull is smooth and the break is exact. The single action trigger pull breaks right at 5.5Lbs. The double action is heavier, but it’s more or less an insurance policy in a gun like this–as in you hope you never need to use the double action. The thumb safety allows the Jericho to be carried cocked-and-locked, like a 1911.

Elements of the design are reminisent of both CZs and The Desert Eagle.

Elements of the design are common to both CZs and The Desert Eagle.

The controls are accessible and over-sized making manipulation possible with only one hand–especially if you are right handed. But lefties shouldn’t feel disheartened. Even though it isn’t ambidextrous, the gun can be accessed with the left hand fairly easily.

I put the gun through my normal review paces. The 941 is extremely reliable. Shooting with out hiccup and eating everything from steel cased Wolf to Freedom Munitions remanufactured range ammo, the 941 never even hinted at choking. The 941 is a handgun that has seen action around the world, so I didn’t expect it to break down in the modest number of rounds fired during the initial testing of our review, but there is always that chance. Still, in 500+ rounds the Jericho ran flawlessly.

Accuracy

Considering this is a full-sized, steel-framed gun you should expect it to be very stable, and you would be right. That stability combines with the solid trigger to produce an accurate pistol. The 941 pistols are more accurate than most handguns in its price bracket primarily because it is more forgiving of user errors (like poor trigger-finger placement). Its three dot sights make for quick and accurate shots. Muzzle flip is negligible. While it isn’t as fast from the holster as some compact polymer guns, I find my split times are faster and my hits are more consistent.

Slowing things down, I find my groups start to shrink. At 10 yards I was able to shoot a 2” group consistently, inside of 7 yards groups were even tighter. While there may not be excessive texturing on the grip or frame, the gun is still easily controlled, thanks primarily to the size and weight.

[/one_half_last]

Forcing the gun to shoot from double action makes accuracy slightly more complicated, as you would expect. The long take-up of the trigger takes some staging to be able to pull off clean shots. Keep in mind that the gun doesn’t have a de-cocker (some older versions of the Jericho have had them, but this one doesn’t). Lowering the hammer manually is doable, but (in my opinion) unnecessary. Fans of the old-school single action will feel right at home, but the rest of you may need some practice with moving the gun through stages of preparation. And it does incorporate a firing pin block, so there’s no reason not to carry it with the hammer down.

The steel mags are simple and hold .

The steel mags are simple and hold 16 rounds of 9mm. Their wide base-plates make for easy manipulation.

Ergonomics

Have I hammered home that this gun is a tank? Shooting a gun like this is incredibly easy. If you didn’t know any better, you could get spoiled. The light recoil and reliable accuracy make practice less fatiguing. But that’s only one component of the experience.

But there are drawbacks to the added mass. This is no lightweight. 2.3 pounds. Most 9mms weigh about half this much, and some are very easy to wear all day. This Jericho isn’t. After a couple of hours in the holster, I am still very aware that it is there. Still, that shouldn’t surprise anyone.

While I’m hung up on the rather obvious weight of steel, my biggest complaint is the lack of real estate on the slide. Racking the slide is tricky at times. I would go so far as to say that it would be much harder to rack with wet or muddy hands than the standard GLOCK, Beretta, or Sig. This is inherent in the design itself, as the slide rides deep in the frame. I understand why–it keeps the barrel axis low in the frame and drives recoil backward, instead of allowing it to tilt up with muzzle rise. But manipulation still requires a lot of practice. Build those basic skills if you intend to use the front of the slide to clear malfunctions or jams.

The high walls of the frame mean there isn't much on the front of the slide to hold onto during slide manipulations.

[/one_half_last]

They do offer the gun with a polymer frame, different barrel lengths, and other calibers. One advantage of the polymer frame is the ease of customization. Front slide serrations would still require milling, but the rest of the frame could be changed in small ways to add extra traction.

Considering this gun hasn’t seen many changes since its inception in the late 1980’s, the Jericho is impressive. Comparing the Jericho to other guns in its price range, it stands toe to toe. Is their room for improvement? Always. I’d look for more traction from different grips, and maybe upgraded sights (something with a flat front shelf that would aid in one handed manipulations). If this was going to be my go-to-war gun, I’d want more texture on the front of the slide.

Conclusion

The full-sized, steel-framed Jericho 941 is obviously a no-nonsense, battle proven handgun. It is fairly affordable at the MSRP of $650.00 and (for the most part) easily accessible. Is it the right handgun for everyone? I think not. But for the military collector, the handgun enthusiast, the competitive shooter, and the older generation who remember and appreciate steel-framed guns, it’s invaluable. And for the rest of you, the IWI offers this same gun in a polymer frame at nearly half the weight. Polymer or steel the 941 is good to go in my book, and deserves a lot more consideration than it is getting.

I know it’s been like 4-5 yrs. since the original post but, may I request the ultra anti-Semitic, terrorist loving Ed Pauley relocate himself and his family to the border of Palestine and Isreal of course. Oh BTW you back end of a donkey! I’m an American Lady and. I own a 9mm Desert Eagle Jericho myself!! AND I love it!!

    • mjv February 12, 2021, 6:05 am

Please excuse my misspelling of Ed’s last name. The correction is Paulin. Ed Paulin.

  • E July 29, 2019, 11:05 pm

One of the best pistols available by far if u havent tried yea u definitely missed out !!

  • JK January 21, 2017, 10:58 pm

Saw this pistol used in a movie and wanted to check it out.
Why anyone would buy IWI the over a Glock 19 (or17) defies logic. Glock is the gold standard for reliability and durability. Period. Everyone knows this. Glocks are lighter and more ergonomic. Especially if you are Left-handed like I am. Also Glocks are about $100 less across the board. (widely available for $550 in Vegas). Lastly, there is strong evidence that our US armed forces are going over to the Glock.
No reason at all to buy the IWI

    • M January 31, 2017, 3:16 pm

I’m sorry but your amiss, The IWI Jericho 941 pistol is amazing. I own 30 pistols easily and it’s definitely my favorite. I own a Glock and it sits in the safe. The Jericho is a much better pistol in many ways, if you haven’t handled one, then your missing out. There are plenty of surplus Jericho’s out there and most of them are in incredible shape, minus some finish wear. Mine has been certakoted and night sights added and coupled with a custom holster, it’s the gun to have. Everyone has a Glock, boring, get yourself a Jericho and be in the cool kids club.

    • Ryan February 27, 2017, 7:40 pm

Your argument really loses momentum when you say, “Lastly, there is strong evidence that our US armed forces are going over to the Glock.”. You know…since you posted this 2 days after Sig won a $580m contract to replace the Berettas..

    • Siud July 5, 2017, 9:33 am

In Canada Glock starts from 600 USD for 17 model Gen 3. I purchased Jericho 941 C steel frame kit for 450 USD.

    • Aaron August 22, 2017, 2:41 pm

Glocks are not the standard, glocks are light, reliable and have ‘decent’ accuracy. Their great for a back up, but for primary killing machines, that’s a sig 226, with tighter groups and greater reliablity due to design. For a back up military weapon I choose glock as for a police man or anyone use a pistol as their primary killing tool, choose again.

    • Matt Berger April 16, 2019, 9:21 pm

BLOCK is the gold standard for tolerances loose enough to drive a truck through, the ergonomics of a rock, and doorway-wide foot print counter-conducive to concealment and, as a police firearms instructor of over 25 and rangemaster for a department that issues BLOCKS, it fails on the range just as other weapons. Not everyone “knows” your personal, subjective opinion as fact. Period.

The Jericho has superior ergos, superior controls, an eminently superior single action trigger, and the weight to soak up recoil to make this pistol feel like shooting a .22.

      It is reliable and accurate.

Plenty of reasons to purchase it over a BLOCK.

    • E July 29, 2019, 11:07 pm

Ew Should never mention a Glock with the Jericho or baby eagle the eagle and Jericos are on the next level up with some sigs and the cz sp01

  • Dean August 18, 2016, 11:13 am

I have the KBI-imported version, the one with the.41ae barrel and mags plus actual spaces to ship the 941 with 100 rounds of ammo. It has to be shot to be fully appreciated as to the great feel in hand. This is a sleek, sexy-ass pistol!

In regards to slide manipulation, the KBI version has a slide-mounted, ambidextroussafety and alternative way of loading us you have this version. Making a double-hook with the index and middle finger allows surprisingly good purchase when hooking into the safety. It takes some getting used to but those familiar with the Beretta 92 FS will be able to do the anew thing. Just like the Beretta, the control also acts as a decocker.

Although this is an all-steel firearm, the Jericho 941 rotates very fast from the draw, because of how the slide has so little mass above the bore-axis. Physically, the steel frame helps worth rotation, while the smaller mass on the slide combine to make a naturally faster draw.

If you want an extreme opposite feel, think if the blocky, full-size USP, which I also own. With a high, thick bore-axis and a polymer frame, the feel and rotation of the USO from the draw couldn’t be anymore it’s a starker contest from the 941.

I looove the 941, and although I haven’t felt the newer triggers, it is worth owning and competing with based on the physical economics alone. That mine has a really short rest for a1980’s design and a smooth SA trigger break just adds to the pleasure of shooting it.

  • Chuck April 29, 2016, 1:40 pm

Someone mentioned Canik a few (hundred) posts ago. I can’t find a dealer to actually hold one nor have I read a review. So, how do they function (9mm considered).

  • Andrew January 21, 2016, 11:21 pm

You mentioned that you shoot low with the 941. I have had the same problem with mine. When my form was observed by another, they said that I was dropping the barrel, even though my sight picture was properly aligned. Is there a known problem with the front sight? Are there any fixes that can be applied?

    • Josh December 25, 2016, 3:27 pm

Take a close look at the alignment of the dots compared to the top of the sight posts. On mine, if you line the three dots up, the front sight post is just a hair below the the rear. If I ignore the dots, mine goes right on target, but if I use the dots it shoots a bit low. It’s close enough that I’d use the dots in a defensive situation, but it can be a little frustrating when your aggressor is a sheet of paper.

  • Omar January 11, 2016, 9:46 pm

“Considering this gun hasn’t seen many changes since its inception in the late 1980’s” the safety moved from the slide to the frame, I would consider that a major change. Great gun.

    • Stefan April 10, 2016, 4:24 pm

The position of the safety has not changed. They always have made F/R versions and still produce both

  • gunit December 27, 2015, 7:53 pm

Nice gun, looking to buy one,i trust it will work just fine.
Question. : would the full size 40 steel frame fit a medium size hand,?

    • James June 5, 2016, 9:20 am

Yes. The full size in 40 fits in a medium sized hand. My hands may even be considered small. I purchased a IMI Baby Desert Eagle at Christmas 2005 imported by Magnum Research. With a few obvious exceptions, mine is virtually the same as the 941 Jericho in the above article. As Jacob said: “The Jericho has been known by a few different names and, and they’ve been imported by Mossberg, Magnum research…..” It shoots well, and I’m quite happy with the heavy weight. It does however shoot slightly low as has been mentioned in the above comments.

  • John December 24, 2015, 9:32 am

I want one. If you want a personal defense weapon you can’t go wrong buying anything made in Isreal, a country surounded buy assholes that want to wipe thier entire race, and culture of the face of the earth.

  • Royce Gladson November 17, 2015, 7:17 pm

I have both 45 and 9mm,they are the finest shooting handguns available and other than weight there are no complaints, in speed shooting they vary from target very little. Let the wimps have their own peashooters. By the way, I am a lefty and have no problem since all things seem to lesser knowledged oriented.

  • BIl November 13, 2015, 2:06 pm

Does no one actually remember the original jericho 941? It was a 9mm and 41ae combo gun and it was awesome, but it didn’t sell well. Then it was marketed as the Baby Eagle in the mid 90’s. still great gun. I lost interest when it went to the IWI/mossberg branding. Is it another cz75 clone? Not really, but sort of yes. In a world of mass produced glock trash and (IWI and EAA are equally guilty here), this gun is a stand-out.
Give it a try if you’re skeptical, if you’re just finding out that there was a jericho before IWI then you owe it yourself to dig further and use “the google” while it’s still free. I for one am quite pleased to see this reborn again as the jericho, and personally, I hope to see that 41ae conversion kit hitting the market soon, but that may be a pipe dream, with the prevalence of .40 cal and (the pig in a tutu) 10mm, I doubt it’ll get the attention it’s due.

  • ak November 11, 2015, 11:20 pm

did Iwl pay u to review this firearm? I can buy a canik t120 for half of the price. Look the same, same reliability.

    • shadow saint January 22, 2016, 12:58 pm

its not the same. looks are only a part. grips are different and share with the CZ/ EAA weapons. Jericho does not. the rail is more prominent over the canik and therefor better silhouette. IMO feels better in the hand. I have a CZ PO1, The Jericho witch I am very happy the call it that over baby desert eagle, S&W performance center 1911, S&W 686 Competitor, and a beretta M9. Out of all those guns 3 are my go to war handguns. the Jericho is 1st in that book

  • Michael Romano November 11, 2015, 12:23 pm

For all the people complaining that this is “just another CZ 75 clone,” so what? The CZ 9mm is right up there with the 1911 .45 in terms of classic handgun design, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with copying and/or further refining the design.

  • Nathn DeLon November 10, 2015, 11:35 pm

I have the older IMI steel 941rs w/10 rd magazine, decocker,& factory night sites. Will it take a 16 rd magazine?

  • Douger November 10, 2015, 6:39 pm

These are nice, solid guns but not usable by left handed shooters. I’ve owned Tagfolio’s with the same safety setup. Tried to order an ambi safety from EAA but it’s one of the areas where the internal parts have changed several times. The parts folks at EAA where really good to work with, but I ended up selling the gun when I couldn’t get an ambi safety that fit the frame.

Handling a semi auto pistol without a safety that you can apply with the firing hand is not a good idea. That’s just an AD waiting to happen. Doesn’t mean you can’t handle it safely for a short time, just makes it easy to screw up. There are too many semi-autos with either ambi safeties or firing hand neutral safeties for a left handed shooter to spend time with one that’s not.

    • Roger June 3, 2016, 1:15 am

I’m left handed and my EDC is a full steel Jericho 941, I’ve carried it several years and I have no problems operating it. I’ve tried others over the years but always come back to my Jericho.

    • COL_Doug January 11, 2017, 11:09 pm

I also am a lefty. Mine is a Baby Eagle metal frame .45 cal. It shoots without fail and I have no trouble using it. Just put a Crimson Trace green laser on it and will try that this weekend. I love shooting this gun because it has the best hand to grip fit I’ve ever experienced. That’s after 30 years as an Ordnance officer. When I let others shoot it they echo the same pleasure with the fit and after all, really good fit is a highly sought after characteristic for those who shoot a lot.

  • John Dodge November 9, 2015, 10:53 pm

It’s a 9mm, big whoop,,, Now if it was a .45, yeah, maybe.

    • Pete November 10, 2015, 5:56 pm

The .45 is an obsolete round. A modern 9mm will to anything a .45 can do and will do it better, faster and with more capacity. Must be hard to live with your insecurity about one’s manhood.

      • aries May 25, 2016, 5:14 am

Well aren’t you ignorant. If your going to speak try not to be a fool!

      • COL_Doug January 11, 2017, 11:29 pm

That must be why the Marine Corps just recently dumped the 9mm and went back to the .45. There have been too many documented cases where the 9mm could not stop a perpetrator as the FBI found out in 1986 in Miami. They then went to a 10mm but agents, or rather their arms, couldn’t handle the repeated punishment of that round. Next step was .40SW which I believe they used for about 20 years. Now, however, they are going back to the 9mm but with some special ammo that you or I will never see on the open market. I also believe that the Secret Service dumped the 9mm and went several years ago with the FN 5.7 deciding that velocity shock and more rounds on target (due to very manageable recoil) over a short timespan was more effective. So, all the various rounds discussed are effective as long as you know how to shoot.

        • AK May 24, 2017, 6:59 pm

They went back to .45 because they have to use ball ammunition.

  • Stormy November 9, 2015, 4:09 pm

As mentioned before, but overlooked by some, this is a reintroduction with a few very minor nit picky differences.
I have my Jericho right beside me, same weight and has a 41AE conversion kit. I bought mine 25 years ago, so not its exactly new.
Don’t be surprised if they offer a 40 cal gun and or a 40 cal conversion kit as well.
A wise move by IMI for it is a great gun!

  • Max Hoyle November 9, 2015, 1:38 pm

Why not call it what it is? An cosmetically modified EEA Witness, which isn’t bat, I’ve had one in 9mm since the 80’s and wouldn’t take anything for it! Its won many local target, combat and pin matches and wears a Bar-Sto barrel that cost more than the gun did! Also have an Witness .45 acp that holds !0 and a 10mm that holds 17, all feel like an Browning Hi Power in my hand!

  • Pissed off Patriot November 9, 2015, 1:00 pm

You can’t even come on to a gun review site without finding anti-sematic thinking and intolerance. What has this country come too? Are the once hotly looked at, and sought after differences in America going to be what destroys her? Read the gun evaluations and please leave the politics out of this one thing! Please?
I have shot one of these guns, and it was a well balanced and fine shooter. The only draw-back was the weight-carrying or shooting this thing all day is hard on your arm. Nice gun though, a bit pricey!

    • Vanns40 November 11, 2015, 10:50 am

And therein lies the major problem, the damn thing is so heavy it’ll probably wind up sitting in safes except for range day. NOW, if there were open and concealed carry accepted universally in all states we might see a change in that as more companies would spring up providing various holsters for comfortable carry. I’ve carried on and off the job for more than 30 years and weight of the gun and ammo is an absolute consideration when you get into 12 and 15 hour days.

  • duvad November 9, 2015, 12:22 pm

hard to tell from the photos, but it looks like this pistol’s ’80s pedigree includes the big clunky grip dimensions that penalize anyone with smaller hands.

    • Dick Maxon November 11, 2015, 1:04 am

@duvad I have small hands (mens glove size Medium usually) and a Baby Eagle, Jericho, CZ 75, Hi Power are the only double stack pistols I can hold comfortably. I don’t feel much difference among them. 1911s fit me perfectly just like God intended. Glocks except for the 43 feel like a 2×4 in my hand.

  • Pete November 9, 2015, 11:35 am

Funny how often the Israelis copy Czech gun designs. First the Vz-23/Vz-24 subguns and then this a CZ-75 clone. Very little originality in that part of the world. BTW, as these have a polygonal barrel, no lead bullets, for the same reason as lead is a no-no in Glocks. IMO, buy a real CZ, like the CZ-75 SP01, you will be much happier.

  • Richard Smith November 9, 2015, 11:14 am

It appears the Jericho has the CZ, Tanfoglio design feature of placing the rail inside the frame, unlike the 1911 style. Smart move. I’ll take a look at one if they ever hit the local gun stores here in Idaho.

  • Bill November 9, 2015, 10:51 am

Is all the steel nitrided? Or just phosphate? That’s my only desire is that IWI would nitride the Tavor and steel pistols to minimize rust concerns.

  • Kirk Saatci November 9, 2015, 10:50 am

Years ago I had a Jericho 941. Jericho is ver well made steel pistol! As a colon of CZ 75 Jericho also cast upper and lower reciver. CZ is a colon of Browning Hi Power. My CZ had a better tiriger and it was mor accurate than my Jericho! Now I have the best of best Sar B6 Hawk forged upper and lower and chrome cold hammerd barrel super accurate gun. Only better gun than HAWK is SPHINKS also forged upperr and lover Swiss made CZ colon. For your info CZ is not forged, Browning Hi Power is forged!

    • Pete November 9, 2015, 11:37 am

Colon? The CZ is not anyone’s colon. Think you mean clone. Learn the proper words, lest you make a colon of yourself.

      • Kirk Saatci November 9, 2015, 11:59 am

        Pete,
CZ is very close copy of Browning Hi power! Please tell me what is the difference between single action CZ and Browning Hi Power?

        • Pete November 9, 2015, 10:02 pm

First of, the CZ-75 is a DA/SA trigger design, the Browning is SA only. Second the CZ-75 has rails on the inside of the frame, the Browning on the outside, hence a slimmer slide for the CZ. There is also the matter of the safety acting as a dis-assembly lever/stop on the Browning, the CZ has no such arrangement, just a set of index marks to line up. The barrel cam is different on both, it is open on the Browning and closed on the CZ. Then there are the magazine capacities, with CZ holding 15 and Browning only 13. There are probably other differences but these are the ones of of the top of my head.

BTW, my original reply to you was to correct your word usage, not dispute gun designs. You kept using “colon” which is the terminal end of the large intestine just before the anus. The term you wanted was “clone”, which means a duplicate or close copy. Would not have bothered you about it except your multiple use of the word indicated lack of familiarity with it and it’s meaning.

I own two Baby Desert Eagle chambered in 9mm and .45. Both guns have the IWI stampings as well as Magnum Research. I put Hogue grips on the 9mm and it is one of my go to pistols for open carry. If I could find a Hogue grip that would fit the .45 I would carry that one instead of using it as a backup piece in the car.

  • GaryGary November 9, 2015, 9:26 am

I luved the baby 9mm I had years ago. Dead ass accurate but heavy like this one which is to much for concealed carry.. I’ll waith for a smaller one.

  • Bob November 9, 2015, 8:15 am

@Ed Paulin. Not interested in your political points of view. Review the handgun.

  • Roy November 9, 2015, 8:07 am

I own two of these (both with Magnum Research Markings, but built by IWI as BE99 models), one is the full size steel and the other is the subcompact polymer frame. However, both my guns have ambidextrous safety levers – a huge plus in my book. Why did IWI drop that feature off the Jericho? Otherwise, a great write-up for a really great handgun. While the sub-com is smaller and lighter, the steel is more accurate (forgiving is a much better descriptor).

  • wildpig November 9, 2015, 7:49 am

Are there really aany differences between the desert eagle an the 141? I sure cant see any. Love my desert eagle 15 rd clip 9mm.

    • Rich W. November 10, 2015, 12:29 am

DE safety is slide mounted and the Jericho’s is frame mounted.

      • Dean August 18, 2016, 11:22 am

The safety on the 941 from 1990 is slide-mounted like Beretta 92FS

    • Vinnie November 10, 2015, 1:05 pm

Would that be a chip clip or a hair clip lol? I believe you meant magazine.

  • Willy Roentgen November 9, 2015, 7:43 am

Isn’t the 941 mean it is 9mm and .41AE caliber? Mine can do both.

    • barrett j weinberger November 9, 2015, 6:14 pm

yes. 941 = 9mm and .41ae. i have 4 and about 6,000 rounds of original .41ae ammo. uzi brand and imi made under the name samson, also speer under the name lawman and gold dot. i carried .41 AE for 18 years. phenominal ound. factory loads from 170 gr. to 210 gr. flat nose nd hollow point.

  • Ed Paulin November 9, 2015, 7:16 am

Anything made in that Parasitic State of Israel can burn in hell. Zionist Israel are the biggest mass murdering terrorists on this planet & the entire middle east wars are completely their fault. Google Israel’s involvement in 911. These Jews kill Palestinian infants, women & children almost every day. They are the biggest parasites on earth & the US GOVERNMENT GIVE THEM OUR TAX DOLLARS EVERY YEAR TO THE TUNE OF $15,000,000,000. THAT’S 15 BILLION DOLLARS FOLKS. ISRAEL CAN DIE & BURN IN HELL ALONG WITH ALL THEIR GUNS & MURDER.

    • Butch November 9, 2015, 7:46 am

You are brainwashed. Move to the Mideast and live with goat F’n muslims, idiot.

    • Steve November 9, 2015, 9:28 am

      What Butch said!

    • Mark Tercsak November 9, 2015, 9:34 am

Uncle Ed had a Horse, Your Eddie where’s your camel ?

    • buh November 9, 2015, 9:44 am

Look everyone…. msnbc’s only viewer, Ed, has taken time off from his masterbation schedule to show us that he is an idiot and watches msnbc everyday from his parents basement, right after watching porn and wiping peanut butter off his dog. just tell those spineless palestinians to stop bombing israel from schools and hospitals !! Israel cant make those cowards come out in the open. palestinians are cowards led by a terrorist organization and Israel should kill them like the worthless P.O.S’s that they are. hey ed you are a idiot that doesnt know the facts. so shut your pie hole and go learn the facts, you pathetic moron.

    • warren wilson November 9, 2015, 9:55 am

I have a ring that says “DAK 1941” that was taken off of a dead Nazi. It proves and reminds one that Nazis and Islamists are the same thing. We killed them once and we can do it again. Perhaps someone will start with you. Personally I think it would be better if you just wised up. Israel is the only thing keeping the mideast from becoming a Satanic muslim black hole, though most is already. If Israel stopped fighting for survival, they would all be dead in a week. If the arabs stop fighting, there would be peace. Wake up, you Nazi Satan-sucking pervert.

    • Ram6 November 9, 2015, 10:12 am

Are you a real moron or just pretending to be one. This is no place for a rant against Israel. Especially not one in which you take the side of the very Islamic terrorists who are not only trying to wipe the place off the map but attacking the U.S. as well. Wait, I get it. You are a member of CAIR, or is it the Muslim Brotherhood, or maybe the Obama wing of the Democrat party (which is pretty much the whole thing). I suggest if you don’t approve of the U.S. supporting the only democracy in the Middle East you move to, say, Saudi Arabia and see how they really love you.

      • Vanns40 November 11, 2015, 10:38 am

        He’s Doug Hooper in disguise.

    • Vernon Rosa November 9, 2015, 10:24 am

This isn’t the forum for your vituperations. I’m sure you can log on to some Palestinian web site, or perhaps a KKK website and find people who agree with your nonsense. Go away.

    • 1001%Marine November 9, 2015, 10:49 am

Thanks guys for giving us a glimpse into your spider web and hatred encrusted “minds”-it’s all settled now right! So glad! WTH does any of this have to do with a handgun review?Robert 1001%Marine

    • Michael November 9, 2015, 11:24 am

Sorry to interrupt your sex with camel,Eddie-but I would like to arrange meeting with you.

    • Pepe Pinga November 9, 2015, 12:13 pm

You must be a Muslim scumbag

      • TPSnodgrass November 10, 2015, 4:14 pm

Isn’t that tad confusing to someone like “Eddie”? Muslims are scumbags, cannot be one without the other. The Qu’Ran teaches exactly that kind of hatred he spews.(yeah, I’ve read the English translation)

    • JothaK November 9, 2015, 1:05 pm

It’s very simple Ed and all other American’s “oppressed” by the Zionist. Move out of “Zionist” controlled United States (and out of your parents basement), convert to Islam, sign up with ISIS or ISIL or Hamas or any number of other anti-Israeli groups and then, in your mind, fight the “good” fight against the Infidels and Zionists. Instead of ranting on the internet like a coward, be part of the *cough*final*cough* solution and take the fight to them.

JUST LIKE YOU (nice company BTW), these groups have a burning desire to erase the evil Zionist from the face of the earth and, in their case, establish a Zionist-free Caliphate. BUT unlike you they are willing to admit their full intention: the murder of every Israeli man, woman and child and conversion and/or murder of every Jewish, Christian, Buddist, Hindu…hell, basically anyone that is does NOT adhere to whichever brand of fundamental Islam they can agree (good luck with that) upon.

THIS (murder, death, destruction and oppression) ultimately, is what your worldview results in so why not chase your dream and then hopefully, you will receive your reward in full via the 5.56 path to paradise -or- perhaps, take a step back and understand ultimately what the anti-zionist movement truly represents and perhaps, understanding that being, from the perspective of those that are behind this movement, a PAWN American “kalb” (dog), isn’t the most wise of decisions.

    • Larry November 9, 2015, 1:16 pm

You’re a Jew hating, mouth breathing, knuckle dragging, troglodyte, leftist moron. While I would bet that NO entire race of people, even Muslims, will visit Hell, I can’t say that about you for you just might become a crispy critter when your time comes.

    • Kimberley November 9, 2015, 1:22 pm

Thanks for that arbitrary POS comment in a gun blog. Go to MSNBC and play, regardless of the content.

    • Pro2Aguy November 9, 2015, 1:43 pm

Go over there and fight for the cause your diatribe addresses. Another case of a troll “keyboard commando” that couldn’t find Israel much less the Middle-East on a map…

    • Aaron November 9, 2015, 6:42 pm

If they run the world and are half as evil as you describe, why haven’t you been murdered?

If I ran the cabal and knew folks like you are out spreading the good word, why wouldn’t I sent dudes with Jerichos to silence you?

Every minute you aren’t murdered is proof the cabal isn’t a worldwide conspiracy. That and the fact there are millions of Arabs with Israeli citizenship who can worship freely and even be openly gay if they wanted.

    • MagnumOpUS November 9, 2015, 7:52 pm

If your name is correct, then I surmise you are but one of all too many self-hating Jews, and a libtard (but then again, I am being redundant)…

      bye bye troll.

    • Gary O'Dell November 10, 2015, 11:26 pm

Let me start off with Ed Paulin you not the most ignorant son of a B***h I have ever heard of , you are so uniformed that your momma should have drowned you at birth. The poison lies sliding out of that as*ho** you call a mouth should be shut up permanently.

    • mars November 13, 2015, 11:05 am

vent it…let that hatred out…do not pussy foot around….say something clearly which reveals your feelings about Israel….dthere were no wars in the Middle East before the Israel….no, all those Muslims have not been butchering each other since the death of Momadhim….not 2 sects each claiming to know the ” correct Islam” and killing, raping, torturing, burning and butchering any who are different…no, there were no Arab tribes raiding, looting, stealing, kidnapping, raping, butchering ….all manner of horror and violence against each other ….none of that before Israel…..the freedom, tolerance and acceptance of the Middle East is a wonder for the world as a lesson of diversity, religious freedom, equal status to every person, and the sanctity of each person was a part of their daily prayers….children never knew violence. children were never taught hatred…….and when the World asked the British to draw lines of borders for the various tribes, groups, faiths….everyone participated joyfully and the Peace of the Middle East continued to be a shining light leading among all civilizations !!!

    • Andrew November 18, 2015, 1:30 pm

Ed…. im gonna break this down real simple for you. You’re an idiot.

    • Recoil November 23, 2015, 9:46 am

Ed Paulin your an idiot. Israel does more to help the world and even their enemies than any other nation.
      Yah bless Isreal!
Islam is terrorist in nature and you would be hard pressed to find one muslim dominant neighborhood much less city or country that is not war torn chaotic.

  • Steve K November 9, 2015, 6:44 am

All steel: YES!, “…read manual…” on the frame: NO!

  • Greg November 9, 2015, 6:33 am

As soon as you said “Even though it isn’t ambidextrous” I stopped reading. Screw them

  • Ric November 9, 2015, 4:22 am

This is another offshoot of the original CZ 75, like the Bren 10 was

  • Mike November 8, 2015, 12:45 pm

Great handgun for SHTF scenarios. Not only will it work well in a gunfight, you should easily be able to beat somebody to death with it. Then later that night use it to pound some tent stakes into the ground, or pry open some strong boxes. 🙂

    • roger November 9, 2015, 4:10 am

      Just another CZ 75 clone.

      • Bret November 11, 2015, 3:09 pm

You say that like there’s something wrong with it. The same could be said about all the clones of the Colt 1911. The fact that businesses copy great designs should not come as a surprise nor should the fact that they sell.

      • Matt April 16, 2019, 9:23 pm

With a superior single action trigger and machine work as good or better than the CZ.

    • Mark Tercsak November 9, 2015, 9:32 am

Seen a Great Photograph of a 2nd Lt in Korea , I think 1952, he has his 1911-A1 Out the Magazine partailly droped and the Pistol has a laynard Loop and he is using the pistol to pop the top off of a bottle of beer.

    • Glenn November 10, 2015, 1:45 am

right on I like plastic, with your plastic gun you can also carry a hammer for all the other things and still have less weight on your belt
