The Founding Fathers’ fears have materialized, at least for one political party on the American landscape. Left-leaning politicians have decided only officials should have proper guns. It’s exactly like the British who forced this country into independence.
“Democrats are running on a host of issues that are actually banned by the U.S. Constitution, which is itself newsworthy,” said Alan Korwin, an author and consultant to JPFO. “That is stunning, but the legacy media is silent, encouraging an entire political party to abandon the rule of law,” he said. “JPFO has a singular focus in this–preserving the right to keep and bear arms–which no candidate on the left side of the aisle is standing to support.”
“What is worse,” according to JPFO chairman and CEO Alan Gottlieb, “most have taken a position for some form of confiscation of privately owned firearms, which is infringement by definition,” he said. “If they can champion such gross violation of our fundamental charter, what other atrocities might they be willing to back if they gain power?” Non-delegated powers fill their platform, he says.
The idea of guns in the hands of government, without commensurate power in the hands of the people, has all the earmarks of tyrannical government, a point the media won’t even touch, Korwin asserts. “It is the new 3rd rail of politics,” he says, “a subject deemed too hot for the media to even mention.”

No democrats that support the Constitution of the United States? Sounds like a good reason to ban them from any government office. Oath breakers before, during and after the elections.

Anyone who believes this is only a Democrat trait is horribly wrong. Republican are no better and in some cases horribly worse than Democrats. At least you know where the Progressives stand. Some may be “gun people“ but that does not mean they’re pro second amendment. Not to even bring up that fire arms are only a small portion of the Second Amendment.
No Democrat candidate offers representation of an American period!! They are campaigning for only foreigners. And they are all totalitarian socialists!
All part of the leftist Democratic agenda of total control and in order to secure their power they must disarm citizens leaving only “government officials” which is a way that they themselves or their bodyguards remain armed along with the police and military. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights be damned!

We need a civil war
We have no presidential politician on either side who will protect our firearm rights. Trump promised the “hearing protection act” and it was really an empty promise, just like the Reciprocity act, that has no traction. Trump had control of senate, house and supreme court and bailed. He used the NRA to bolster his chances of winning and has done nothing to promote our cause.
The 20 clowns on the left has one candidate who is somewhat a pro-gun quasi supporter and Joe Biden is it. Joe will not discuss guns, because that is a loser issue for the Dems. So we need to realize the we are screwed.
Stock up on firearms and ammo, cause no matter who wins, we gun rights people are a minority and becoming extinct.
Mr. Korwin is absolutely correct; the Democrat Party has apparently surrendered the idea of Constitutional, limited government in favor of the utter pursuit of raw, unfettered power to use as they please against their “enemies” — which include a substantial portion of their own countrymen.
But the fascinating question is this: LIke the African-American vote, Jews vote overwhelmingly (don’t have the most recent figures, but it’s always 80-90% plus) for democrat candidates. Yet the democrats don’t support the Second Amendment (which, as JPFO rightly points out, might have prevented (or at least limited) the Holocaust); the democrats don’t support Israel — and DO support its terrorist opponents in the Middle-East; the democrats base their political strategy on dividing Americans group against group, region against region, view against view, using every tool they can find to damage those who don’t agree with them. As an example, just look at the NRA’s struggles in New York just to get banking services. This philosophy has been used before — Pick a group, hound or harass it out of existence, and then move on to the next. The Germans elevated it to a high art in the 1930s and 1940s.
Yet, the Jews, who were among the first groups targeted (and the African-Americans, who have felt the sting of the same positions), still vote overwhelmingly for those espousing that philosophy. Why?

There aren’t any pro gun rights Republicans in DC either, so what’s new. We still have the NFA and 8 billion other restrictions on our God given rights. Most people, and Republicans as well, are afraid of the Constitution.
This can’t come as a surprise to anyone, can it? When , if ever, was there a Pro 2A Democratic candidate or President?
But, as we all know, it’s OK for them to be armed / protected, because they can and are important. Regular citizens, just call 911 and pray it’s not your last phone call.
But as the demographics change and socialism / government for everything moves in, it’s what the population is being taught and force fed…. Scary to think where this is headed,…..
