This hand finished knife is made from precision ground; heat treated and cryogenically tempered CPM S35VN steel. The high tech full tang blade is leather honed to a razor sharp edge to effortlessly slice through fish with utmost control and ease.
The new Mahi Mahi green, tough G10 ergonomically designed slab scales provide a positive no slip purchase in wet and even slimy conditions. The step up handle design affords excellent visibility of blade location for precise filleting and also provides extra knuckle clearance for very thin filleting.
