Here’s the description that came courtesy of LiveLeak:
“The guy was on a rampage, destroying multiple cars, store windows and behaving aggressively in general. The cause of his rampage is yet unknown. He’s alive, he took a bullet to the knee.”
Apparently the incident happened in Poland.
It always amazes me how easy it is for one to miss at what appears to be close range during a stressful confrontation.
Just goes to show how important training and practice at the range is.
I used to be an retard like you, then I took a bullet in the knee.
