Standard Manufacturing is definitely one of the more innovative firearms manufacturers out there. You probably know them best for the DP-12, their double-barrel bullpup, pump-action shotgun with a 16-round capacity.

We reviewed the DP-12 in the past and were duly impressed with the craftsmanship, the dependability and, of course, the capacity.  Sixteen rounds of 12 gauge in a compact, bullpup package!

While we have yet to get our paws on the semi-auto SKO, we are very excited to see what it brings to the table and if it lives up to the high bar set by its older brother the pump-action DP-12.

Awesome looking magazine fed shotgun. They often have problems with reliability and it would be really interesting to see how it performs.

Why does everyone think that just because am ugly gun is made black, it has to reference that AR-15 platform?
That thing is just plain UGLY!
The MAK 1919 not only looks like an AR platform weapon, but it sells for less than 1/2 the price as this “HUNK-A-JUNK” looking thing!

is this Déjà vu or did paul do this exact same thing once before, almost dropping a gun he was reaching for behind him, while muzzle sweeping the interviewee with a handgun he was holding?!…am i losing it?

    • Sgt. Pop May 13, 2017, 11:04 am

Did notice he had the pistol muzzle almost in his mouth for a while, bad example all the way around

Anyone else thinking 20 gauge ?

  • doug May 12, 2017, 8:29 am

AR shotguns! Nah! now a VEPR 12 is a winner

Video says “priced under 1k”… article 1100. Inflation is a bitch.

  • GRA May 12, 2017, 8:04 am

Not with choke tubes. If they don’t offer a plain cylinder/slug bore barrel I will NOT be buying one at any price.

  • DJ May 12, 2017, 7:10 am

Why does the rail float like that? meh…

Did this company ever get their double-barrel bullpup pump action shotgun running consistently? The last time I saw the reviews on that it was an ill running non wonder! I think I rather stick with my Saiga12 or Vepr12, at least they are reliable magazine fed 12 gauges.
