By popular demand, SIG has updated the MPX K with a new Timney trigger, a new folding brace, and a threaded barrel. True Pearce took a few minutes to test it out at SHOT Show 2020:
This piston-driven pistol has a 4″ barrel and now that it’s threaded it gives you the option adding a suppressor or other muzzle device of your choice. Even better, it now has a single-stage flat-blade trigger that is a drop-in unit from Timney. It is light and crisp with a short reset and makes 30 rounds disappear faster than you can count. The MPX K is available with a hard coat anodized finish or Cerakoted in coyote tan.
The handguard with M-Lok is also new and can be varied to cover your suppressor. What’s more, the barrel and trigger can be added to existing models of MPX and Copperhead pistols.
