The Wildcat 22 packs an incredible amount of features into a sub-$300 price point. I’ve actually bought 2 now and have sold most of my semiautomatic 22LRs. I’ve been converted by Winchester’s thoughtful design choices and recommend this rifle for new shooters and anyone looking for a feature-packed plinker without breaking the bank.

This gun is a blast to use and it puts the bullets where you expect them to go, and it does it with a little touch of luxury exhibited in the precision action and fine stock.

It’s the 70th anniversary of the 10/22 and Ruger’s working hard to make sure everyone has a reason to celebrate it. They’re announcing new 10/22 products as fast as they can and ramping up their rimfire selection from entry-level to competition-ready.

Today was the first time I got to test the new Ruger 10/22 with the Silent-SR ISB, or Integrally Suppressed Barrel. The lines look like a double barrel gun, but the bottom half is actually a baffle stack. A one-piece barrel and suppressor, it fits any 10/22 takedown model as a replacement. It is one of the most well thought out rimfire suppressors I have seen, Ruger hit it out of the park this time.
