HBO Changes Stance on Boxer’s Tulammo Ammo Logo

Are you offended by the ammo logo?

The notorious ammo logo.  How offensive!!!

In an effort to accommodate offended viewers, HBO has requested that light heavyweight boxing champion Sergey Kovalev not wear his signature trunks with the Tulammo ammo logo.

Kovalev has worn the trunks on HBO in the past, but after boxing fans took offense to the firearms representation, HBO quickly set out to make some changes. Of course, now, many firearms fans are offended by the network’s censorship.

“TV networks are certainly free to decide what they broadcast, but the typical daily HBO fare of murder, mayhem and the glorified misuse of firearms suggests a certain degree of hypocrisy in HBO’s reported decision to ban the simple logo of a company that manufactures ammunition,” said NSSF Senior Vice President Larry Keane. “It is strange that a media company such as HBO has decided to infringe on the First Amendment rights of the boxer and Tulammo by censoring what can be printed on a pair of trunks.”

In fact, the backlash from HBO’s censorship was so great the network later recanted their earlier decision and on July 23 confirmed that Kovalev can indeed don his Tulammo trunks.

Kovalev is scheduled for a July 25 bout against Nadjib Mohammedi, and according to Kathy Duva, CEO of Main Events, Kovalev will “most definitely” be wearing his Tulammo trunks.

You almost have to think the decision-makers at HBO had a seance, and someone said “Hey, it’s a RUSSIAN ammo company. If Hillary can pimp for them, why not us?”

Even though Obama wouldn’t let his daughters get concussions playing football, these limousine progressives fret over BOXERS displaying ads.

I can do something about this. I can buy products advertised by this boxer’s butt.

Isn’t that the epitome of morality in this materialistic, broken and dead planet?

LOL!!! Well Said, Aaron! The hypocrisy is INSANE! But it all starts at the top. That’s where we need to make a change and get things started to get our country back. Back to the original traditions that made our country great. We have fallen so far. Being lazy has taken its toll. Lack of struggle has brought on a different type of problem in our great nation. We need to wake up and remember where we came from and how/why our country was founded. Freedom!

Not me. If it’s Russian anything, ammo, soup, trousers, count me out. Our soldiers will be seeing theirs over their sights soon. Let’s don’t add to the probable enemy’s war chest.
