Round count is unknown ... bought this used at a local gun store (they had taken it in on trade). There is some very slight "holster wear" evident near the business end of the slide. It will be accompanied by 4 magazines (3 of which are brand new) but no box (you can pick these up on eBay for around $20.00). The National Guard grips in the pictures are not part of the deal ... the rubber grips seen in one of the pics will be installed before shipment.
