Mass media perpetuates mass murder, critics claim, first by calling it “shooting” which is a sport, instead of “murder” which is a crime, deceptively framing the problem and displacing the blame. Then media promotes these crimes incessantly, sometimes for weeks, because they’re used to attract “viewers,” a euphemism for money. “If it bleeds it leads,” is the reprehensible unethical mantra and behavior.
By providing “the oxygen of publicity,” as Margaret Thatcher called it, media encourages copycats, which the murderers themselves tell us they seek. Doesn’t that imply at least some measure of complicity or guilt? Psychiatrists and law enforcement beg the media to wise up, a cry that falls on deaf ears, thanks to the greed. It is virtually mens rea.
This is followed with “panels” that drone on about background checks, now in place for decades, which evidence repeatedly shows had no effect on the crimes but do impose hardships on innocent Americans who did nothing. Media staff are just coincidentally in lockstep with anti-gun-rights groups that seek more checks designed to overburden the innocent, increase government power (a common left-wing goal) and that provide zero focus on the psychotics, perpetuating the real problem, and psychotropic drugs exacerbating things–especially with school psychopaths.

Reporters and producers must realize that limiting the public’s civil rights never has a positive outcome–not with race, sex or arms, yet they continue to insist on doing so. Bans on America’s civil right to arms will have no more effect on the psychotics committing mass atrocities than they’ve had on drug gangs or murder in historically black inner cities, as a review of the history of all these crimes demonstrates.
Checks ignore the criminals and psychos already armed. The evidence is obvious yet lost on broadcasters and journalists. Spree-killer criminals have been stopped in primarily one way only–by killing them in the act or getting them to kill themselves. Calls for more paperwork and new laws are an evil subterfuge promoted by “news” fabricators.
Everything the savage murderers do–from getting and holding guns to using them–is already totally illegal, often with the death penalty attached. Laws do not stop crime, law enforcement does. Mass media doesn’t seem to understand these simple facts, which the sane gun-owning public understands, leading to loss of credibility.
If CNN, MSNBC or the networks included even one articulate spokesperson, like JPFO consultant Alan Korwin, on one of their panels they would at last provide a check on their array of misinformation, misdirection and malfeasance. They would learn something themselves as well. Include a degree of intelligent dialog instead of repeating the same failed messages audiences are getting that keep them in the dark. Media promotes mass killings as it becomes a self-fulfilling news story. By creating a counter-culture hero, they inspire other wackos to do the same. New Zealand did that part right, never putting out his name or picture. I’m a firm believer that if all mass killers were identified as “some douchebag” and never show his picture or likeness, these shooting would either stop, or slow significantly. Meanwhile, “The Press” is drooling, waiting for the next douche to start shooting.
Yes, getting weeks or months of fame and inspiring other broken evil minds is the name of the game. This is the wicked game that the mainstream media wants to continually promote. They are trying to make every American think that there is no purpose for semi automatics and thirty round magazines except mass murder.
It’s a power game. They will continue to play it until the common populace has been disarmed or been made outlaws if you still own standard capacity magazines and a semi automatic firearm. They wish to void the Second Amendment.
I am sure privately owned firearms very likely save over 100,000 American lives a year. Most of this is fear of thugs in breaking into others homes or of attacking a concealed carry armed citizen.

The police and prosecutors could help as well by refusing to release the mass murderers’ under the guise of a continuing investigation. Recently, a police chief refused to give the name of the mass murderer’s name because he didn’t want to give the perp the publicity that he craved (think it was the mass murder by use of a knife). Issac Asimov wrote in the Foundation Series that people killing themselves by jumping from highest point on the capital planet/city would be called Idiot One, Idiot Two, and so forth to eliminate the publicity. Maybe we need to do the same with these idiots who commit mass murder for fame.

Law enforcers do not stop crime, they mop up afterward. Their job us to enforce corporate policy by harassing innocent people with arbitrary statuates, rules, policies, orders, codes and unfoinded suspicions. They are a for profit corporation feeding the corrupt for profit courts and prison industrial complex.
When seconds count, they are minutes away. The only way that crime is stopped is by a well armed and trained people.
It is not a problem of inanimate objects referred to as ” guns” but of morality and the blatant ignoring if Gods commands. As Jews you should be prefacing all of this with that single reminder. Your job was to bring the word forward….a gentile.
