    I’m not really seeing it.
I dig Dan Wesson and always have though, I clearly prefer Monson revolvers.
    I love 1911s.
I appreciate the concept of a *legacy gun*.

But, I am just not seeing it in an overly presented, CZ-owned D.W. 1911.

    Now, a re-issue of my sweet non-import CZ-75? YUP!
Re-issue of *pistol-pack* revolvers even under CZ? To be sure.

But slapping some *engraving* on a 1911 made by an overseas nation? NOPE!

Dan Wesson 1911’s are a very well made premium grade pistol. This one is priced very well for all that has been done to it. In the land of polymer pistols, which are very decent and work well, it’s nice to see something with the fit and finish that this has for the price point that they are asking for it.

So many contrived “collectibles” coming onto the market, you can’t spit without hitting one. Sucker bait. Good luck keeping half its value.

    DANG !!!

    That’s PRETTY … and I’m a STAINLESS fan …

More “stolen valor” from the Wesson camp. And another overpriced clone. When will people learn?

Oh, but that sure is pretty. I’d love a chance to hold one in-person.
