The Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) just threw a legal punch at New York’s stun gun laws. Attorneys for SAF are pushing for a swift knockout with a motion for summary judgement.

They want the court in the Southern District of New York to strike down the ban, which they say leaves peace-loving New Yorkers defenselessly unarmed.

They’re calling it quits on a lawsuit that started back in March 2021 against the prohibition on owning stun guns and tasers in the Big Apple.

Adam Kraut, SAF’s Executive Director, didn’t mince words.

“Given New York’s history of wanting to keep its peaceable citizens defenseless, it comes as no surprise they would remain an outlier in having a ban which prohibits people from owning electronic arms,” said Kraut.

“The Second Amendment ensures our ability to possess and carry bearable arms, including those that were not in existence at the time of the Founding, yet lawmakers in New York believe they somehow have the ability to ignore that guarantee,” he continued.

“Prior to Bruen, other courts have found these bans to be incompatible with the Constitution, and we believe this case should not yield a different result,” Kraut said.

SAF isn’t flying solo. They’ve teamed up with the Firearms Policy Coalition Inc., and five New Yorkers, who just want to arm themselves with some volts, are part of the legal charge. They’ve got attorney David Jensen in their corner, fighting out of Beacon, N.Y.

The legal brief they dropped today is clear: just because electronic arms are newfangled doesn’t mean they’re not covered by the Constitution.

And SAF’s big boss, Alan M. Gottlieb, is after a full-on ban on the ban. They’ve waited three years, and now they’re demanding the court call this law what they say it is: unconstitutional.

Fani Willis appears to be toast, next NY AG James has to be investigated. Her net worth should be officially disclosed to the public as many unofficial reports have her at $15 million. WOW, can James explain if she is a muti-millionaire? How much cash does she have on hand? Willis is a incompetant, over bearing fraud and James seems to be another dangerous lefty who has politically weaponized the AG position. James targetted Trump and is trying to destroy him for legal and common buisness practices. James must stand the same scruting she demands of others.
