Stag Arms Enters the Hunt With the Pursuit Line of ARs — SHOT Show 2023

Stag Arms has been in the AR industry for decades but is now offering its new Pursuit Line geared toward those hunting with modern sporting rifles.

Dual-sided charging handle and ambi-safety make manipulation simple.

The Pursuit Line will be offered in Stag 15 and Stag 10 variations. The small-frame guns will be offered in the highly efficient 6.5 Grendel and the hard-hitting 350 Legend cartridges.

The large-frame guns will be offered in 6.5 Creedmoor and 308 Winchester calibers. The small-frame rifles will weigh just under 8 lbs.

Magpul CTR stock is topped with Stag Arms leather cheekpiece for comfort.

The 6.5 Grendel Pursuit fired at SHOT Show Range Day sported an 18″ 1×8 twist nitrided barrel. The receiver and handguard are finished in a complementing Midnight Bronze Cerakote.

A 3 port muzzle brake finishes of the end of the lightweight barrel. Stag selected components to keep the Pursuit rifles as light as possible while providing the accuracy needed for hunting.

Gamma muzzle brake helps tame recoil of all calibers

A 16.5-inch free-floating handguard helps increase the accuracy of the barrel, and a Timney 2-stage trigger makes it easy for the shooter to fire accurate shots.

The 18″ 6.5 Grendel Pursuit has an MSRP of $1,599; while the Stag 10 large-frame rifles retail for around $2,200. The Stag Pursuit line of rifles is currently available, so get to a dealer to check out your favorite caliber!
