Tucker: Brazil’s Answer to Crime — Loosen Gun Restrictions

We covered this story last week for GunsAmerica readers, but it’s good to see Fox News’ Tucker Carlson also spreading the word as to what happened after Brazil made it easier for law-abiding citizens to keep firearms for personal defense.

Crime rates went down — not up.

Specifically, as Dr. John Lott who conducted the original research observed in a Wall Street Journal Op-Ed, the homicide rate fell 34% after President Jair Bolsonaro made firearms permits easier and cheaper to obtain.

Again, you’re not shocked by that and neither am I, but those who are indifferent to 2A rights, or even outright hostile to them, probably would be.

So the more light that gets shed on this development, the better. If you haven’t done so already, like and share it on social media or email it to a friend.

da Silva, a leftist. Most of his foreign awards are from marxist leaning countries. He formed the “Workers Party” the name having connotations with Marxism. Corruption charges were dropped because of perceived bias by the main judge. Sounds familiar. I’d rather bet on the current Brazilian President.

I speak decent Portuguese and I keep track of what is going on in Brasil. Bolsanaro doesn’t have the support of the people and he is a wanna-be Orban or orange man. It is a shame that a guy like Jair can turn back the progress built by people like Rouseff or da Silva. #nãoterluta

Da Silva and Rouseff created the people that you are talking about. That’s exactly what democrats are doing in America, creating people in need, you speak decent Portuguese congratulations, move to Brazil and be a worker there. I move from South America to US for the same exact reasons. Populism doesn’t mean progress.

Idiots misuse the term “orange man” which for many many years only could have meant the state sponsered terrorist loyalists in the six counties of Ulster. Then some fool on the left heard a new term dumbed down their audiance. Once again the clowns on the left show how typically unoriginal they are, come up with something else.
