Colt Detective Special

Colt Detective Special Revolver serial #990408, 38 Special, 2" tapered barrel with an excellent bore. This nickel plated revolver remains in near excellent condition. The metal surfaces retain about 99% original nickel plated finish with slight clouding on the some of the surfaces, a few fine scratches, a couple of minor oxidation blemishes, a pin head pit in the receiver sight channel and a turn ring on the cylinder. The checkered walnut Herrett's Shooting Ace grips with gold Herrett's medallions rate near excellent with light handling wear. This would be a fine carry gun but has ample condition for the collector. There is no box or papers.
