Davidson’s exclusive Ruger American Hunter pairs Ruger’s proven American bolt action with a Magpul Hunter flat-dark-earth polymer stock and a 22" heavy-contour barrel fitted with Ruger’s Precision Rifle hybrid muzzle brake. The barreled action is topped with a factory-installed Picatinny optics rail and ships with a Magpul AICS-pattern detachable magazine (5- and 10-round magazines available).
The rifle uses Ruger’s Marksman adjustable trigger and a two-position tang safety. It has no iron sights, an adjustable comb and length-of-pull spacers in the Magpul stock, M-LOK slots in the forend, and a free-floated barrel/receiver bedding arrangement for improved rigidity and accuracy. Reported unloaded weight is approximately 9.2 lbs and overall length is adjustable between 43.25 in and 45.25 in.
