Adams Arms complete piston driven upper. In 100% factory new condition and is never fired (other than the test fire by the factory).
This is a complete ready to drop into your lower upper. It is equipped with a three-positions adjustable gas block for fully open, suppressed, and complete shutoff.
I purchased it many years ago but never fire it. It is time let it go.
