The Colt AR-15 A4 is a 5.56x45 NATO semi-automatic rifle built on Colt’s AR-15 platform. It ships with a 20in government-profile barrel (1:7 RH twist) and a removable carry handle that houses the rear sight.
The rifle includes a 30-round magazine, a fixed A2-style buttstock and ambidextrous selector, and is finished in matte black. Overall length is listed at 39.5in and the sighting system uses an A2 front sight post with a removable carry-handle rear 2-position peep sight (front sight adjustable for elevation; rear sight adjustable for windage).
