The SIG Sauer MCX Rattler PMCX-5B-TAP-NB is a compact semi-automatic MCX pistol chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 5.5 in barrel. It features an integrated 3-prong flash hider, a free-float M-LOK handguard and ships with a single 30-round magazine.
The Rattler family includes ambidextrous controls and a non-reciprocating charging handle, and is fitted with flip-up iron sights on a full-length top rail. The Rattler uses a short-stroke gas piston operating system with a multi-position adjustable gas block and is built as a compact PDW/pistol platform.
