There were some handling blemishes, but they werent as bad as they appeared in the photos they sent. The wood also was a deeper richer color than it appeared in the pics. They said as far as they knew it had only been sighted in and the barrel was bright. The barrel was super bright. When I got the rifle it truly exceeded my expectations.
