In response to reviews SR556 that some shooters felt it was a bit front heavy, the new Ruger Carbine has a shortened, fluted barrel which pulled a full half pound off of the front. It still features a 2-stage piston gun, with a multi-stage regulator so you can tune your gun to the ammunition you're running through it, a troy quad-rail, rail covers and flip-up sites and shipped with 3 30-round mags in a soft case. Ruger has also launched 2 new LCR models featuring a new smooth Hogue grip to make it more accessible and a tritium front site. It now comes in a .357 featuring the polymer fire-control housing with a frame made from blackened stainless steel which puts enough weight into the gun to make shooting with it a reality.
