Actor Alec Baldwin is getting some backlash after sharing a screenshot of a post that Peter Frampton made on Twitter after the shooting at the Covenant School in Nashville this week.
This, of course, is the same Alec Baldwin that was charged with involuntary manslaughter in 2021 when he accidentally shot and killed “Rust” cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
“26 years ago, a gunman entered Dunblane Primary School in Scotland, killing 16 kids and a teacher,” the tweet read. “The UK govt responded by enacting tight gun control legislation. In the 9400+ days since, there have been a total of 0 school shootings in the UK.”
Baldwin shared the screenshot of the tweet on Instagram with no caption, seemingly in support of gun control measures. His actions understandably spurred some blowback from many.
“Read the room Alec. You are unbelievable,” said one Instagram user.
“Is the guy that killed someone with a gun, lecturing people on gun violence? Well I guess he has first hand knowledge…” wrote another.
It gets better.
One user had a difficult time with the hypocrisy. “Alec, who actually murdered someone posting this is f***ng hilarious! It’s a mental health problem, not a gun problem! If Alec had any firearm training, that poor mother/wife would be alive today!”
“Lol, bro you killed someone with a gun,” said another user. “You have no room to talk or say anything. How about instead you call and check on the kids that you orphaned…”

“Are you sure you’re the right person to post this after you killed someone on set and got Hollywood privilege to not stand trial?” Wrote another user, speaking the elevated status celebrities get.
It was announced that Baldwin and armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed were to be charged with involuntary manslaughter just over a year after the October 2021 tragedy where a real bullet was discharged from a gun on set while rehearsing a scene for the film “rust.”
As the case played out, prosecutors believe Baldwin did not attend the required firearms training. Guitierrez-Reed told investigators that she tried to book a private tutorial with Baldwin, but the hour-long class ended 30 minutes early because Baldwin was distracted and on the phone with his family.
Recently, the New Mexico District Attorney downgraded charges for Alec Baldwin by removing the gun enhancement charge attached to his involuntary manslaughter charges.

Alec Baldwin’s legal team also scored a pre-trial victory recently when special prosecutor, Andrea Reeb, stepped down from her role in the prosecution following a request from the defense to disqualify her.
Baldwin’s screenshot-turned-post comes as another American community mourns the death of three 9-year-olds and three adults at a private Christian elementary school in Nashville.
The anti-Christian terror attack on these children is heartbreaking. Our hearts go out to the victims, their families, and the Nashville community.

Baldwin, Frampton both are about as useless as tits on a bull.
One point that is seldom discussed is that a group of socially, emotionally, and Constitutionally undereducated individuals, members of which continually profess to know so much about everything, support WOKE ideologies, and turn a blind eye when their own philosophical brethren wind up on the mass shooters list.
I’m not saying that mass shooters will always be born from the body of liberal Democrats, but that field from which they are grown is ever so fertile. It is a field of self-absorption and the desire to be free of those pesky social conventions that they so easily grow weary of. Baldwin’s attitude during all of this is one of “The Dog Ate My Homework” or that, as he has implied, someone else must be responsible because he didn’t pull the trigger. It was the gist of what Dr. Morris Massey (Univ of CO, Boulder) taught after responding to employers’ claims that employees back then were irresponsible. His answer was that, rather than irresponsible, those employees considered themselves “NOT responsible.”
I have to ask… Did Mr. Baldwin even have a permit? Did he pass a background check? Did he take a safety course?

Over a 105 years ago, and then again 83 years ago, US soldiers, airmen, and sailors bailed Britain out of a tough situation, thanks in part to our experience with modern firearms. You remember, don’t you, the firearms your Redcoats sought to confiscate from us during our revolution. So don’t tell me what’s required to end mass shootings.

Here in most of NYS it is virtually impossible to get a pistol permit. If we DO we are required to take a course in gun handling and safety, that YOU obviously could never pass. So YOU TWO have no business telling Americans they can’t have guns.
The two of you are dead to me. Go live in Britain, Mr. Baldwin.
Baldwin is a spoiled hypocrite and is a celebrity. Any publicity is good publicity, therefore I will ignore him a just maybe he will go away. Unfortunately I have heard Liam Neeson make anti-second amendment statements and I kind of like his acting. That makes him another hypocrite since every movie he makes is a major shootem up.

Funny how Hollywood actors can be so hypocritical of guns when they make their living by using them all the time! Just like anti-gun Liam Neeson making millions off films using guns he claims to abhor while counting his money after each film he does!

Dumb ass Baldwin needs to be denied ever handling a firearm, in any form, again for the rest of his life! He got away with murder literally! He got the biden treatment, commit a crime, but don’t pay the price, UNEQUAL justice in America!
Similar story in isreal, except that they allowed teachers and staff to carry, and police frequent the schools, and while “no more school shootings” gets a lot of air, some have said that is inaccurate, but i dont recall seeing any quotabIe/researchable facts on their ‘school shootings still happen in isreal’ claims.
