If you live in NC we can transfer them to you (Upon BATFE Approval) on an ATF Form 4. If you live in another state and want to purchase, we will transfer the 2 suppressors to an ATF licensed Class III dealer (Form 3 Tax Exempt Transfer). After transfer to a Class III dealer it will be your responsibility to complete the required paperwork and transfer fees with that dealer.
