I was brought up on the 1911 platform and I am not one to change easily. The Sar K2 made that decision easy. A 15 round capacity with one in the chamber all steel construction that just soaks up the recoil for quick follow up shots, a rail for a light laser or combo, I use one at home to protect my family, it has replaced the 1911 in that role. I always keep additional mags on hand as well once you shoot one of these you will want more mags.
