Factory nickel finish is in 93 -97%. The Factory mother of pearl grips are a tiny bit shrunken and the right grip panel has a .25" long by .100' inward chip almost next to the grip screw. The final patent roll mark on the top of the barrel is 2/6/1906. The left side of the barrel is marked .32 Long Ctg. The lands and grooves still show a very good bore and the chambers are still smooth an free of pits, The Double Action trigger pull is about eight pounds and the single action trigger pull is about three pounds. The color casehardening on the trigger and the hammer are faded but remain clear. The Front sight blade is a half-moon with a groove along the top strap of the frame. The screw heads are sharp and have not been buggered with. This is one of the finest 1903s one is likely to find.
